You are in for a treat with this newly available 3-story townhouse developed in the historic brick Union Building. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms provide a comfortable arrangement for 2 couples. The kitchen is well-appointed. The primary bedroom has a great set-up for a work-away-from-home stay. The rooftop patio is the perfect place to take in the scenery of the waterfront and Washington hills, warm yourself by the firepit with morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The location is a walk away from everything downtown including restaurants, coffee spots, wine tasting, breweries, shops, library, bookstore, a nature trail, beauty care, and local health care. NOTES: Only one compact car can maneuver the very tight turn into the SHARED GARAGE.Maximum capacity for 6 adults. The upper deck, open staircases and landings make this space unsuitable for children. NO CHILDREN, NO PETS, and NO AMEX. License # 776
Check-in instructions and process were straight forward and easy to follow. The overall appearance of the property was excellent and the kitchen appliances, instructions and offerings were beyond our expectations! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We had a fabulous trip to Hood for a wedding. The property is so central to everything and although itâs right on train tracks it wasnât an issue at all. My husband is a light sleeper and the windows are well insulated and wasnât an issue. House is well equipped and very comfortable
We enjoyed our stay at the Union lofts. The property was very clean and spacious. Our only complaint is that we could not find a sharp knife anywhere! Only butter knives. Thanks so much!
This is a beautiful place that was is a great downtown location. Plan on parking on the street unless you are driving a very small vehicle. Parking thatâs free is just down the street so no big deal. Only knock on the place is the train that goes by in the middle of the night
This home was in a great location and we found it in perfect shape. Very easy communication with the management company. We would return without hesitation.
Great location within walking distance to anything and everything Hood River has to offer. Amy was very responsive to any questions we had. It is very close to the train tracks, so can be a bit noisy at times, but overall we had a great stay!
Beautiful modern townhouse within walking distance of multiple excellent restaurants, recreation paths, water and trails.
The property was clean, bright and had everything we needed. We appreciated the high ceilings and large windows and that not every room was filled with massive television as centerpiece.
There is limited street parking, the driveway and garage were a bit tight and the train runs right by regularly but it didnât disrupt our stay.

It is in a great location. Places to eat and brewies are nearby and many choices. Very walkable. Nice view especially from rooftop where there is a gas fire pit. Nice living room and kitchen. Lovely master suite and 2 small bedrooms There are stairs and would not work for people with mobility issues or small children. .Logistics: Hood River doesnât have Uber and one taxi. There is parking provided for one compact car. You can park overnight on the street for free but need to pay in daytime.
Everything about our stay was fantastic. We enjoyed our condo immensely. It is perfect for two couples. A SUV fit in the garage. Parking could be problematic for 2nd car because of three hour time limits for on street parking.
