Upstairs – Primary Bedroom

A serene retreat with a queen canopy bed, spacious closet, bedside table lamps with USB charging ports, and direct access to the modern upstairs bathroom. Surrounded by soft lighting and quiet walls, it’s your peaceful haven after a day outdoors.

Upstairs – Entertainment / Bunk Room

This innovative bunk area is built into the back of the entertainment room, featuring 4 memory-foam twin beds and wall-mounted LED reading lights. While this room doesn’t have a full door, it’s equipped with blackout privacy curtains offering cozy separation and extra sleeping space for kids or adults.

You’ll find 2 full bathrooms:

Upstairs: A spa-style, modern bathroom with shower, thoughtfully stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, and plush towels.

Downstairs: A full bath with shower and brand-new washer/dryer unit for your convenience.

Each bathroom is regularly cleaned and fully equipped so you don’t worry about the basics.

Guests will have full access to the entire property and a fully fenced backyard during their stay.

This includes:
☀ 1 bedrooms, 1 entertainment/bunk room with smart TV, 2 full bathrooms and laundry room, full kitchen, living room with fireplace, game room, gym and sauna.
☀ Outdoor areas: patio with fire tabe, hot tub, fire pit, shaded hammocks, & corn hole
☀ Yellow guest pass for access to all Lake Cushman private parks (swimming, picnicking, boating)
☀ Added amenities: 2 kayaks, inner tubes, cooler, beach towels, fishing poles and tackle, tennis rackets
☀ Ample parking with a large gravel driveway and an EV charger
☀ The only areas not accessible are two locked owner storage closets and one utility garage.

Other Details to Note:

☀ The primary living area is located on the second floor. The second bedroom (entertainment/bunk room) does not have a door, just a privacy/blackout curtain separating it from the living room/dining room/kitchen area.
☀ The BBQ grill and outdoor hammock are put away during the winter season. Available April - October.
☀ There is onsite EV charging with a Tesla charger.
☀ A replacement fee will be charged if the private park guest pass is not returned.
☀ This is not a party house. We are located in a family-friendly neighborhood with a strict, quiet hour from 10 p.m. -to 8 a.m.
☀ No pets! As much as we love our furry friends, our home is not set up to accommodate animals. Please respect the policy.
☀ No additional guests who are not listed. 6 guests maximum.
☀ Comply with the burn ban.
☀ No fireworks.
☀ Incidental damages are covered by our Safely Damage Waiver program (up to $1,500 per stay).
