The primary living space is located on the second floor, which features:
• A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a touch screen refrigerator, all kitchen cookware, utensils, and a modern dining table for 6.
• A next-level coffee bar with coffee machine, Nespresso machine, pour over station, electric kettle, and milk frother.
• Luxurious sitting room with modern fireplace, and a balcony that overlooks the Olympic Mountains.
• Large entertainment/sleep-over room that includes a sectional sofa, large smart TV with sound bar, and 4 memory foam twin-size beds.
• Spa-like modern bathroom with updated features.
• Primary bedroom with a queen-size canopy bed, and spacious closet.

The downstairs includes:
• 1 bathroom, equipped with a shower, and a washer/dryer unit.
• Open-concept game room with foosball table, air hockey table, and a golf putter station, plus a fully-equipped personal gym and infrared sauna.
• An EV charging with a Tesla charger.

Backyard fun includes:
• Hot tub, fully fenced backyard, smokeless fire pit with seating for 6, shaded hammock, gas grill, and corn hole!

Additional amenities:
• A guest pass will grant you private access to all of the private Lake Cushman parks.
• Two kayaks available to be enjoyed at our nearby lakes
• As set of golf clubs for the golf course across the street
• Tennis rackets for the courts at the clubhouse
• A cooler, life jackets and towels for the lake

For children:
• We offer a highchair, pack-n-play, baby changing mat, child-proof accessories, an adjustable baby gate at the top of the stairs, and kid toys and books.

Other things to note
• This living area is located on the second floor.
• The outdoor hammock is put away during the winter season. Available April - October.
• Snow can be very unpredictable in the winter. We try are best to ensure drive way is plowed but can not promise it. Snow shovel is available for use.
• There is onsite EV charging with a Tesla charger.
• A replacement fee will be charged if the guest pass is not returned.
• No pets at this time. As much as we love our fury friends, our home is not set up to accommodate dogs, etc. Please respect the policy.
• No additional guests who are not listed. 6 guests maximum.
• Comply with the burn ban.
• No fireworks.
