The Neighborhood:

Your elite vacation home is the only short-term rental allowed on Labrador Lake! This home is located in an upscale, quiet neighborhood in the Gray’s Creek area. Your proximity to the Cypress Lakes Golf Course in one mile. You'll enjoy the peaceful rhythm of this home, nestled on a peaceful cul-de-sac. Ideal for professional or family-oriented groups of 16 (18 max)!



We DO allow family-oriented style holiday, birthday and special events gatherings with prior permission.



We do NOT allow loud events or parties of any kind at any time as it is disruptive to the neighborhood.



Violation of this policy could result in your stay ending early and non-refundable. This home is meant to be a quiet escape to relax and get away from it all with your favorite family and/or friends.



We request you respect neighborhood quiet hours from 10 pm until 7 am, as well as avoid any other unusually loud or disruptive noise during the daytime.



Getting Around:

Most people drive their own vehicle. Uber and Lyft are available. You may walk the neighborhood for exercise throughout the day, especially morning. Cypress Lakes Golf Course is nearby.



Other Things to Note:

Guests are not expected to engage with neighbors. If any interaction feels intrusive, please do not engage and contact local law enforcement if needed and/or please inform us.



Safety Note:

Please supervise children at all times, as the property includes a pool, a small lake, and a decorative fish pond near the back stairs.



Swimming is at your own risk so please use safety gear provided and watch children at all times.



The pond is home to frogs but does not contain fish, as it is not a sustainable environment for them.



Guests are welcome to fish in the lake from shore — just be sure to bring your own gear!



Any unauthorized pets brought to the house will be subject to a minimum $200 fee.



Early Check-In and Late Check-Out is available for a fee upon request (subject to availability).
