The accommodations were as described in the listing and the area is beautiful. The kitchen facilities were great for cooking for our 10 guests including use of the outdoor kitchen. We had no issues with cleanliness and all the amenities listed were available. Several of our guests used the hot tub and found it revitalizing and it fit 6 people comfortably. Great area central to hiking, breweries, golf (highly recommend Cummings Cove, great value, ten minutes away), and about 45 minutes from downtown Asheville.A couple of notes that we didn't mind but others may: The 4 bed area is an open loft. The driveway is steep, but we were able to get several 2wd vehicles up and down safely. Some drivers may not be comfortable.
