Escape to the Cape at this perfect second-floor condo overlooking the marina. This spacious and inviting vacation rental features a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Meet up for more elaborate meals at the adjacent table, or head out to the furnished and covered balcony to enjoy dining in the open air with the aid of your electric grill. The sunlit living area welcomes you with comfortable leather furniture and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. And on-site, you and your guests will also enjoy lush, landscaped gardens, intersecting golf cart paths, a glittering pool, and easy lake access. Please note that the elevator is currently out of order. This property is on the 2nd floor and can only be accessed by the stairwell. Vacasa does not manage building amenities and features outside of the home, including the parking lot, elevators, and exterior.

Very relaxing stay

Once again, we had a very enjoyable & relaxing stay at the condo. The patio has a small grill which makes it absolutely wonderful. The condo is also well equipped; the only suggestion I would make is to add a pitcher so iced tea could be made.

My daughter and I stayed here for girls getaway. It was so nice and peaceful. Very calm and great place to relax and recharge. Beds were very comfy!! Kitchen fully equipped! Would definitely stay again!!

Not on my “A-list”

The place was conveniently located but cleanliness was a problem along with lighting issues and fans not working at all on patio. The patio was nasty. Although they say it’s cleaned twice a week, there was too much dirt for that to be fully true. I had to literally clean it and the interior of live spiders and cobwebs that have been there for some time. The previous cleaning of microwave was with a greasy rag as the grease was just moved around! Nothing more frustrating then having to come to a place YOU PAY to stay and have to clean! I have always booked in this area and units have been well stocked with at least the first day coffee supplies but not here. Although after several texts with property company of them saying just “sorry” they put a real person I could speak with who was very helpful and willing to come to help. Thankful for Pricilla!

All was as advertised except for elevator not being available for my elderly mother to get to second floor. This was not manager’s/owner’s fault, but I was not notified until already on flight to the area and then was told I could cancel and figure out another accommodation for myself at that late date. Since I only travel with my phone, scanning through options was difficult, so with less than 24 hours until I needed to walk in the door, I decided to take what I had rented and figure out how mom was going to negotiate 40 stairs up and 40 stairs down at least twice a day. Hilda on the Vacasa help line tried really hard to help and I appreciate her a great deal. The condo was lovely. The view was advertised and we had more than enough dishes and towels. Bring your own coffee and sugar which is to be expected. Coffee pot was good. The access number was ten digits long which was unusual and the lock mechanism was reluctant to accept the correct number until the third time input, so it took a lot of patience to get the door unlocked each time. But I knew that no one else was going to be able to guess the number and felt secure.
