Nice place to stay

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious and well-appointed. It was also a very nice breakfast. I felt safe here as a woman traveling alone. They also had multiple luggage

Killed roaches in our room from the moment we checked in until the moment we left, we were packing up to head out and another one was crawling on the bed we just slept in. I sprayed Lysol, wiped everything down with disinfectant wipes and everything because the room even had a weird smell when we first got there, not sure if it was because we were close above the dining area but I’ve never experienced a hotel having roaches!

Our room was supposed to be a non smoking room - but believe it had Ben smoked in. As people who do not smoke, because of allergies/ashma we could definitely smell the strong odor of tobacco. Upon reporting it, someone came and sprayed odorban and that helped tremendously, we did go purchase some ourselves to use for the duration of out time there. This was the only issue we had. Beds/pillows & breakfast were wonderful.

It was clean. Always smelled very clean and it had plenty of room for the 4 of us. Two beds and a pullout couch worked well for us! The pool was great too. Was never crowded. Decently close to the Crater of Diamonds! VERY close to I30. And has decent restaurants close by as well as fast food. Walmart wasn’t too far away either.

Was given a room that smelled like smoke. Only option provided was to spread some chemicals around the room. A section of the sagging bed felt like it had been cut out and replaced. Not clean. Some of the hot food was cold. Lacks necessary maintenance and upkeep.

A good-enough place to stay at a moderate price

The room to which I was assigned met my expectations for comfort and cleanliness, though the room was the smallest (narrowest, mainly) of any of the five in which I stayed at various hotels on the same trip, while the rate was the highest of any of them (likely influenced by the then-forthcoming holiday weekend). The breakfast made the relatively higher (though still modest) rate at least somewhat worthwhile, as it offered omelettes, which I had not had elsewhere, even if they were prefabricated. The hotel is located right along I-30, so there is a lot of traffic noise outside, but the interior, especially my room, was sufficiently quiet. Overall, this Baymont Inn met my needs and my expectations of the brand, providing adequate accommodations at a reasonable price.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and upkeep of this place. It was a little dated from the outside, but our room was very nice and clean. The staff members that I encountered were very friendly and nice. I would definitely stay here again. The pool was nice and clean and they offered complimentary breakfast. It’s a win for me.
