Come inside and relax in our efficient condo and enjoy the open living area with the floor to ceiling windows with fantatic views of the main channel of Lake Hamiliton. Sit awhile on the patio and enjoy your coffee while the sun rises or the breezy afternoons in the shade as the sun sets as you take in the pool and activity on the lake as you enjoy a cocktail.
Our one-bedroom King size bed is comfortable and will help you get a good night's rest to take on the day whether you plan to do outdoorsy activities such as hiking, horseback riding or boating. Or taking it easy by the condo pool and boardwalk. Drop a line and try to catch some fish!
There are so many recreational activities to fill your day in historic Hot Springs.

The condo was absolutely beautiful!!! We loved sitting out on the balcony soaking in the gorgeous views of the lake. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook any meal. The bed was super comfy and the place was very clean. Can’t wait to come back!!

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!! Down to the house slippers. Our host was attentive to all my questions. They shared their space with us and we are forever grateful to get to experience the lake view life. We definitely recommend anyone looking for a vacation destination 10/10 place.

The condo was stocked so we that we needed very little for our stay. Even house shoes were provided, which was such a thoughtful and classy touch. The view from the rear patio/balcony was incredible. My wife and I watched every sunrise over the lake each morning we stayed. Well will be recommending this condo to all our friends. While you stay, check out Little Italy, amazing Italian food!!! Bathhouse row is a must and the Quapaw bathhouse is an incredible experience.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable. 600sf did not feel small in this well layed out condo. The king size bed was very comfortable. For a holiday weekend- everything was quiet, and the pool was great. Located close to everything we wanted.

Wonderful Place to stay! My wife and I took our anniversary trip to Hot Springs and it didn’t dissapoint. Check in was easy and the attention to detail in this place was great! It was the little things from the Coffee bar and supplies like plenty of detergent and dish washing liquid. Great communication and service we will stay here again!

The condo is in a great location, away from the down busyness with a nice view from the patio. Accomodations were very clean and comfortable. Well stocked with snacks and water. Melissa is very responsive and easy to work. Highly recommend if planning a stay in Hot Springs!

We loved our condo! Check-in was very easy. The property was well-manicured and peaceful in all common areas. The condo was well-equipped with everything one could need, including a fully stocked coffee bar with a Keurig. The decor was perfect for a lakefront condo. We came to celebrate our anniversary weekend. This condo had everything we needed to feel right at home. Michelle has tjought of everything. Your close to town but have privacy also. I would give this 10 stars if i could!
