Great customer service and the breakfast was great! All of the things we wanted to do were just a short drive away. Also, our room had a really good view.

The breakfast was subpar. No plates available. No milk cartons available one day. Breakfast room was not clean. Room chair was too big with no options for a smaller more comfortable chair. Too much furniture in room and no room for moving around.

The place was nice enough my only complaint is that we booked a room with a hot tub when we got there that room wasn’t available it had a leak. We were given a regular king room and still charged for the suite

Holiday Inn Express in Hot Springs AR

The hotel had either just been remodeled or was still being remodeled. Either way, it was clean and quiet, even though we were very close to the elevator. The included breakfast had a good variety of items but didn't have any oatmeal...what was there, was good. Mesha at the front desk was especially helpful with navigation and restaurant options.

The bed was not comfortable, the shower pan was not secure, we thought we were going to fall thru it. We had been on the road over 12 hours so we didn’t want to complain and change rooms. We just wanted to shower and sleep. We can usually count on Homiday Inn, but we will skip this location in the future.

Room was clean & quiet. Granddaughter enjoyed indoor pool but it needs some type of ventilation. Too hot if you are sitting in chairs.
