This fully renovated lake access house is a home away from home. With 4 TVs*fast*WIFI, a fully stocked kitchen, including coffee maker, & a full sized fridge. Enjoy your days on Lake Hamilton and nights by the fire pit or take a 10 min drive to downtown Hot Springs to enjoy shopping*bath house row*National Park trails & great restaurants. 4 miles to Garvin Gardens & Oaklawn & 2 miles to Entergy Park boat launch. Pets are allowed see house rules.
The space
There are three bedrooms. The master has a king bed, Smart TV & attached full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed the 3rd has a full sized bunk bed with a twin trundle. There is a comfy couch in the living room an extra guest can sleep on. The covered patio with fan is a comfy spot to enjoy the hilltop breeze. There is a gas grill for guest use. The lake access is just across the street down a fairly steep hill to the lake at the access point.this access path is marked with a private property sign and a chain across the property. You are welcome to swim from this point, launch a kayak or canoe but there is no boat dock. The property has plenty of space for many cars, trucks, trailers boats & RV parking.
Guest access
Lake access is across the street and available for kayak launching and swimming. The access is a steep hill down to the water and a couple feet drop to the water.
Other things to note
There is a washer and dryer and laundry detergent in the house for guest use.
