Resort Fun at its Best. This South Shore Lake Resort 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo has fabulous views of Lake Hamilton with floor to ceiling windows to maximize your viewing pleasure. The master has a King bed with master bath and whirlpool tub, while the second bedroom has a king bed with access to the full size bathroom. The gorgeous living room features a pull out Queen Sleeper Sofa. Enjoy a large flat screen TV in the living area and master bedroom. The full size kitchen comes fully appointed to cover all of your cooking needs. You will have full access to all of the Resort amenities including the newly refurbished 9 hole gorgeous mini-golf, Cabana hot tub room and game room with billiards and ping pong, tennis, pickle ball and basketball! The Cabana and lakefront pools are closed for the season. This unit is centrally located off of 7 South close to many restaurants and water fun. Oaklawn Race Track and Casino is only 5 miles away and Magic Springs is 14 miles away! This resort is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun time in Hot Springs!

Great stay for 4th of July

The property has a great view of Lake Hamilton and especially a clear view of the 4th of July fireworks over the lake. Family members joined in on the 4th for a good old fashioned food fest.

Great Views!

The property provided a perfect view of the lake. We didn’t have to leave the room to watch the fireworks. The layout kept us connected while we each dived into different activities. The open floor plan in the common area was our favorite feature.

Overall nice property

Overall everything was mostly good. We checked in Friday afternoon with no hassle. Unfortunately, we were without hot water Friday night, so we were unable to take hot showers on the cold evening and we had a little trouble getting the heater to come on, which would not have been a problem, if we could have used the fireplace (but there was a sign that said it was dangerous to use). After calling maintenance we were able to get heater working and hot water was restored Saturday morning. I have a bad back so bed and sofa were not comfortable. Otherwise, Condo was laid out perfectly and was clean. It had everything we needed.

If you’re looking for a rental with a hot tub, look elsewhere!

Was not impressed with my stay at all. Directions to the condo are not 100% clear. There are some buildings with alphabetical numbering and others with just an “04”, etc. Once we were finally able to find our rooms & made our way down to the cabana/game room, we found out the hot tubs were out of service for “maintenance”. No one bothered to mention that to us beforehand, nor does it say on the doors to the hot tub area that it’s closed. That was a good 80% of why we booked where we did. Toilets in the condo did not flush well & would require you to repeat the process several times before it did anything. Shower in master bedroom does not have labels as to which is the hot/cold & has the old school knobs on the side of the tub to start the water. No laundry detergent in the condo & was not informed I would need to bring any if using the washer/dryer. Couch in the living room is extremely dirty. Locks in the living area that lead out to the observation deck are broken, so would not recommend staying with children. I’m sure there is more, but those are the immediate things we found.

Nice quiet getaway

My family enjoyed staying at this location due to having multiple pools and other amenities. I would say that they equipment in the game room should be updated since the paddles were falling apart but, the condo itself was great. We would definitely stay at this condo and South Shores again!

We had a great stay. Only had a few problems. Had to get help to turn the ice machine on the air conditioning clogged up and was running into the unit below and our air wasn’t working but it was promptly fixed had a little trouble with the washing machine coming on I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it started working. Could have used some Tupperware in the kitchen but otherwise it was well stocked. Both pools were nice but the hot tub was a little disappointing but the unit had a wonderful whir pool

Great condo with fantastic views of Lake Hamilton

We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed this location and condo unit. The kids enjoyed the pools and game room. They played ping-pong and pool for hours. This unit had a great deck and beautiful views of the lake. The unit is very spacious and clean.

Wonderful place to stay!

Our family had the best time at South Shore Resort! We have three small children and it was the perfect place for us. The resort has plenty activities like mini golf and other games. The lake side pool was very nice and relaxing. The condo was clean, spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. There was a beautiful Lake view from the condo. Check in was easy. It was nice that the resort was gated and there was a security guard. We can’t wait to visit again!
