Welcome to Pagoda Hill Estate - Gangster Mansion as the locals call it! Come enjoy your stay in Hot Springs, AR, in a beautifully restored historic house located in the Uptown/Downtown area. There is plenty of room for you and your guests with the 5 bedroom, and 2.5 bathroom two-story layout. Conveniently located in the downtown area to hit up shops, restaurants, breweries, and hiking and biking trails including the Hot Springs National Park and the Northwoods!

INDOOR LIVING
Walk in the front door to be greeted with a majestic, winding staircase that brings charm and character to Pagoda Hill Estate. To the left you will see the dining room to gather with seating up to ten for the home cooked meals. To the right you will see the great room/den where TV can be watched along with playing shuffle board. One the first floor there is also the fully-equipped kitchen, bar area, half bathroom and bedroom1. Walk up the wooden staircase to the second floor. To the left of the staircase there is bedroom2, and two full bathrooms. To the right of the staircase there is bedrooms3-5. Each bedroom also has a luggage rack to help access personal belongings easier!

OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy the surroundings on the wrap around porch sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktails! Gather around the fire pit in the courtyard.

Amazing weekend getaway!

The pictures of this house don’t do it justice. The main staircase is absolutely stunning! We loved the games that were available to play, like pool, shuffle board, and skee-ball. The decor was beautiful and the beds were the perfect amount of softness/firmness. If you get a chance, look up the history on this home. It’s really fascinating. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts, as they were always prompt in their responses, and they gave us some history behind the house. Bonus- hot tub and goodies from the hosts. We would 100% stay there again.

Family Holiday

Wonderful stay at this historic home with plenty of space to spread out and still gather. Plenty of games to keep many entertained!! The hot tub was a great way to wind down at the end of the day. Great location for any type of adventure you are looking for.

Beautiful Historic House

I love older homes and this one has amazing character throughout! Loved that the host has it well stocked with coffee and wine. My friends and I felt like we were in the movie Clue! The surrounding neighborhood is questionable, there's some dilapidated houses nearby, and abandoned apartment complex next door. We had a little trouble checking in because the internet had gone down and the door code hadn't updated yet, but the host texted back shortly and no problems from then on. It was difficult to find a phone number, but that's a failure on VRBO, not the host.

Hot WOW Springs

House was awesome very roomy with a stately, modern, eclectic vibe and that staircase! Stephen and Meritt are very attentive and quick to respond

Even Better Than Described!

We booked the Pagoda Hill Estate for our girls trip to Hot Springs and we’re in Heaven there! From the beautiful character of the home, to the amenities, the attention to detail, the hot tub and the games in the home, it had everything we could have asked for and more! We actually ended up spending more time at the house than we expected because it just had everything there! The hosts were so easy to communicate with and we’re super quick with any questions we had. If you’re considering booking this property - DO IT! You won’t be disappointed!

Beauty & comfort high on a hill with lovely view of trees.

We are a group of 6 professional friends in our 50's/60's from Dallas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and San Angelo. I found this beautiful old mansion on VRBO and immediately fell in love with it. It afforded everyone their own spacious room and it has 2 full baths and 1 half. We had a couple of chefs in the mix who made use of the light & bright kitchen which was big enough for us all to hang out comfortably. It was well stocked with cutlery, glassware, coffee mugs, plates, etc. I'm not a coffee drinker but the rest of the group loved the coffee bar the owners provide. The living room/game room was spacious and had plenty of room for all of us to be together comfortably. The hot tub area is wonderful and so enjoyable. The house is just a few short minutes from the downtown area where all the action is. I was surprised how convenient everything was to our location. The owners, Meritt & Stephen, are very responsive and incredibly easy to work with. We enjoyed our trip and will have fond memories of our stay in this beauty! Thank you.
