You'll love this updated, centrally located lakefront condo with gorgeous water views from every room!!! Relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful views...from the couch, bed, or patio--you decide where! This condo features one bedroom with a king sized bed and new Serta sleeper mattress AND 2 full sized bathrooms which makes getting ready quickly a breeze. The guest bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower, while the master en suite bathroom features a deep tub/shower combo. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, basic cookware and utensils, coffee pot, and microwave. We also provide essential spices/seasonings, Folgers coffee, sugar, and powdered creamer. Also included is a brand new full sized washer and dryer in a separate laundry area. Free Wi-Fi, 2 ROKU equipped TVs, and Philo streaming TV w/60 channels is provided. With Oaklawn, many restaurants, and downtown Hot Springs within minutes, you're sure to enjoy yourself here!! The large swim dock is wonderful

or just sit and enjoy the view and wildlife. There are also picnic tables just a few steps from the water so guests can have their meal “on the water”. The picnic tables are located down the boardwalk towards the bridge and are available for guest use.

***A boat slip can also be rented for $10 nightly. It is available on a first come, first serve basis. Notify the host if you would like to reserve the slip in addition to your condo reservation. ***

***Please be aware that the living room sofa is NOT a sleeper sofa and does NOT pull out into a bed. It is a full sized 3 cushion sofa that will sleep one person comfortably.***

***An electric twin sized blow up mattress is available upon request and can be left in the condo for use during your stay. Please let the owner know when booking if you will need this item.***

***Please be aware when booking that the annual Lake Hamilton drawdown starts on November 1, 2025. The water view is affected after this date and remains affected until the refill in March 2026. This property will still have a very nice water view. It will just be lower than usual.***

***Sunday thru Thursday night can be booked for one night. Friday and Saturday require a two night minimum reservation. Certain holidays may require a 3 night minimum reservation.***

Wow I never expected what I got here! I wish I could give 11 stars. It was so clean , quiet, and had everything I could need. The bed was very comfy and the living area so inviting. The lake view is so nice because you are in an inlet and it is better for wildlife viewing and finding peace. Amy was so sweet and was always quick to reply. I can not recommend the is place enough and I will never stay anywhere else when I visit!

Our 2nd time staying here it’s nicely furnished with everything you need. Close enough proximity to down town and Oaklawn. Right on the lake. Bubbas brew across the street has very good food and service. Being seniors, The only negative for us is the steps going in and out.

There wasn’t anything for the oven, ie: cake pan, pizza pan. Also not much for dish clothes and dish towels. We did a long term stay so felt it should have included some of those items.

This place is wonderful. Absolutely loved it!! Perfect location on the lake. It was very clean. Unfortunately too “clean”- the chemicals and scents gave my husband and I both terrible headaches the whole time. Maybe use some more natural cleaning products with less toxic chemicals please We want to go back there for the fishing and relaxation without getting the headaches. That picture is my husband being silly after he caught a tiny bass. But there ARE lots and lots of bass to catch. Big bass. I saw them in the water swimming close to the bank early in the morning.

Very clean property. Smelled fresh when we arrived. A/C works great. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. The decor is charming, and the location right by the lake was so peaceful. The bed was very comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. Quiet area. Unit 3 is downstairs from the parking lot. We felt perfectly safe and had relatively easy quick access to everything. The hosts are THE BEST. Great communication with them. We could not recommend this condo more. Ten out of ten stars!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay in this condo! It was myself, husband, and a teenager. The bed and the blow up mattress were extremely comfortable! The condo was super clean! It was right on the water! So beautiful! We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio and we got to watch the sunset on the dock! All of my questions were answered and everyone was so friendly. We will be back! Wish we could live there!!!! So amazing!!!!

Rent this space! It's a must see.

With views like this right from the couch, we were in absolute heaven. This condo was beautiful and charming. Beds are comfy, lots of options for tv, and it has 2 full bathrooms. We did not use the kitchen but it was spacious. Conveniently located and the host was great to work with. Me and my husband will definitely consider coming back.

Lovely location

My husband and I spent our 10-year wedding anniversary weekend here and really enjoyed it. We loved how close it was to the water while still being close to town. It was very clean and met expectations. We also liked the decorations. The bed was comfortable. We would stay here again!
