Welcome to "The Silverwood," a massive lakefront estate on Lake Hamilton designed for large reunions and multi-family getaways! Comfortably sleeping up to 17 guests, this property offers resort-style standards with a professionally maintained hot tub and bi-weekly manicured grounds.

Located on the quiet "Silverwood Terrace" peninsula, you get the best of both worlds: an accessible upper deck with a gas firepit and elevated views, plus a lakeside adventure zone with an outdoor kitchen and wood firepit.

-- THE VIBE & GROUNDS -- Perched on a hillside, The Silverwood commands stunning elevated views of the water. We take pride in our curb appeal—the landscape is professionally groomed bi-weekly year-round, ensuring the paths and gathering spots always look refreshed, clean, and inviting.

We’ve designed the property with two distinct outdoor zones:

The Upper Deck (Accessible): Step right out from the main living area (no stairs required) to enjoy the Gas Firepit, BBQ grill, and our Professionally Maintained Hot Tub. We hire pros to service the spa, ensuring the water is sparkling clean and balanced for your arrival.

The Lakeside Zone (Stairs Required): Follow the manicured path down the stairs to the water’s edge to find the Private Dock, a full Outdoor Kitchen, and a rustic Wood Firepit.

Adult Rooms: Private bedrooms for peace and quiet.

The Bunk Zone: Fun bunk setups that can sleep up to 11 guests (kids and teens love having their own space!).

Bathrooms: Multiple full baths to keep the group moving.

Terrain Note: The backyard is hilly. While the house and upper deck/hot tub are easily accessible, getting to the lake, dock, and outdoor kitchen requires walking down a series of stairs.

The Silverwood is located on a peaceful peninsula on the west side of Lake Hamilton. This is the "quiet side" of the lake!

Harps Food Store (Grocery): ~6 minutes.

Mid-America Science Museum: ~10 minutes.

Oaklawn Racing Casino: ~15–18 minutes.

Other Things to Note
Stairs: Please note that the walk to the water involves stairs. Guests with limited mobility can still fully enjoy the views, hot tub, and gas firepit from the main upper deck.

Lake Levels: Water is drawn down Nov–March, but the hot tub and firepits are ready for you year-round!
