Waterfront Ground level condo on Lake Hamilton

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo right on lake Hamilton with amazing sunsets you can see right on your back porch. Located off the highly sought after Hwy 7 South location right by Futrell marina and Hilton hotel. Walk in level condo with no steps. Fully furnished and equipped kitchen. Master bedroom has a king size bed and jacuzzi bath tub. Second bedroom has queen bed. Guest bathroom has shower/tub combo. Sleeper sofa in living room and twin inflatable mattress available. Full size Washer and dryer in the unit. All rooms have a television and we have roku TVs and for cable we have YouTube tv with 80 plus channels including sports and news. Huge back patio that overlooks the lake with a beautiful main channel view of lake Hamilton. Covered parking spot at unit E1 and additional parking first come first serve at top of hill for boat trailers and extra vehicles. Parking space looks small but a big truck will fit in it. No boat slip those are privately owned. Gas grill on back patio. Several marinas close by and only a few miles from the racetrack. During Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor day holidays enjoy fireworks right from the back patio!! Close to all kinds of great restaurants and local mall. Miniature golf close by too. Nonsmoking property. Checkout is by 1100. Our condo is located right next to the hotel.

Attended a wedding & stayed for enjoyment

Condo was great. Well maintained. Great location. Beds were comfortable and the contact person,Wendy, was very responsive and helpful. Could not have picked a better place for our getaway. Had coffee every morning on the back patio looking out over lake Hamilton and watched the colorful sunset several evenings from the patio. Highly recommend this place.

Quiet relaxing spot with amazing views

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The place was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was excellent and answered every question we had. The sunset views were amazing. This was the perfect place for us to relax away from city life.

FANTASTIC CONDO

Our recent stay at this beautiful condo for 8 days was FANTASTIC! The property was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious rooms, a nice patio right on the lake, and an "amazing" location to view the July 4th fireworks!!!! The property host answered the few questions we had before we arrived quickly. We will definitely be back!!!!!!!

Beautiful Sanctuary

We came to town to visit family in the hospital and this property became our retreat from worry. It's so serene and peaceful we really were able to recharge and be ready for whatever came next. This is our second stay here and couldn't be happier with the property and process.

84th birthday trip for Mom

This was perfect for my 84 year old mother. No stairs and great lake views for her to sit outside and enjoy. This condo felt spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable.

Great family visit

Patio overlooking Lake Hamilton was the highlight. Space worked perfectly for guest using a walker. No steps! Great location. Well equipped kitchen. Grill was used and made for a nice evening dinner. We would stay there again when visiting Hot Springs.

GETAWAY FOR MOM

Needed a ground level property with a view to take my mother who has mobility issues and this place was perfect. Had planned to visit Garvan Woodland Gardens but opted to sit on the patio and watch the waves and geese instead. We just didn't want to leave.

Perfect!

My wife and her friend stayed here for a girls' getaway and they loved it. Peaceful and beautiful location and the condo was well furnished with everything they could need. She wants to make this a regular place to stay when we visit family there! We had to extend the stay due to some car trouble and the owner was great to work with. Excellent on all levels.

Amazing condo on the lake

Perfect for a relaxing stay. The condo was clean and much larger than it appears in the pictures. The space was cozy and peaceful and equipped with all the little extras that made this an awesome space for our anniversary. The location is perfect. It was close to shopping areas and restaurants yet tucked away from busy streets. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful and Relaxing

This gorgeous condo is centrally located in Hot Springs. We had everything we needed, and the owner Wendy was very prompt with her communications. Our favorite part was viewing the lake from the covered back porch. We plan to return again. We give Wendy and her property an A+ from two retired school teachers!!!

Simply Wonderful!

We loved it! Wendy’s property is one of the best we’ve stayed at while in Hot Springs! Everything was clean and we loved how spacious it is! Location is perfect! Actually feels quite secluded while at the same time being just right off the road. Loved the ground floor patio! A lot of coffee got drank out there! Thank you so much for allowing us the use of your beautiful condo! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come again!
