A two level vacation rental town home located in Madrid Courts with 1 king in the upstairs master bedroom, 2 twin sized beds in the downstairs bedroom and one queen in the third bedroom downstairs. There is a laundry room downstairs with full sized washer and dryer. Very nice lake view from the furnished upper deck, living room, master bedroom and downstairs bedrooms. Fishing/swim dock with boat tie- ups. MICROWAVE, DISHWASHER and WASHER/DRYER.  New furnishings, flooring, paint. Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 15 miles north of Hot Springs. Enjoy golf, fishing, swimming, tennis and hiking trails in the heart of the Ouachita Mountains. Madrid Courts, Lake DeSoto.

This is a very nice town house with beautiful lake views. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full laundry, kitchen and 3 decks at main level, down stairs and lakeside dock. The staff at Village Villas management are very friendly, responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

House is beautiful and clean just like what it described. Except, the minutes you opened the door and stepped in, you noticed the smell of damp in the air and musty/moldy odor in hit you. I bought room fragrance sprayed the next day just to help masked it during our stay. Check in and check out was very smooth, house has everything you need during stay which was excellent. Wish they would pay more attention to dust/sweep and clean the outdoor balcony. Location right on the waterfront is amazing, the lakeview itself is so beautiful , house is in safe and in very secure gated community close to shops, restaurants and gas station. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Would really love to give 5 stars but due to bad odor I have to give 4 stars. Hopefully the owner can fixed the issue so the next guests won’t encountered that bad smell. Thank you.

Spring Break

The property was very nice and is in a great location. We had an awesome time. Village Villas responded promptly when we had an issue with the heater. We will definitely rent this property again!
