This Cozy Townhome provides Awesome Views of Lake DeSoto! With Two Covered Decks, access to the Lake, and a BBQ grill, the Outside Space is Very Relaxing. When you enter the Upper Level, you will find the Living Space, Dining room, Kitchen and a Powder Room. On the Lower Level, there are two Bedrooms, both with Queen Beds, and a Full Bath. There is an Office Space in the second Bedroom, should you need to get a little work or writing done. Come and visit the Village and enjoy this Cute and Cozy Townhome.

PLEASE NOTE: The boat and canoe on the property are the owners and are NOT available for use. Please feel free to bring your own kayak or canoe and launch from here! Rentals are also available at the Desoto Marina nearby!

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $25.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities.
