The perfect setting to enjoy peace and nature with family or friends, while staying close to the lake, cycling paths, and local attractions.

As soon as you enter, you will discover a spacious and bright living area featuring a cozy lounge with a large sofa, television, and wood-burning stove, ideal for relaxing at any time of the year. The dining area, equipped with a large table, opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you need to cook comfortably.
The villa offers four comfortable bedrooms with storage space: one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, two bedrooms with 160 cm double beds, and a beautiful master suite featuring a 160 cm double bed, a dressing room, and a private shower room with a shower and washbasin.
A bathroom with a bathtub and double sink, as well as a separate toilet, complete the property to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
Outside, enjoy a very large wooded garden offering a peaceful and natural environment. A lovely covered terrace with a gas plancha is perfect for outdoor meals, while the private swimming pool invites you to relax and make the most of sunny days.
