You can hear people walk upstairs at midnight. We woke up at 3:30am because people upstairs walked and moved around for almost an hour. After they stopped , we tried to sleep late, they started walking again. Its terrible. When you need to sleep after long hours of driving but you can’t.

Check In...

upon arrival...and I knew I was arriving early, but your plane lands when your plane lands. Uber arrives at hotel...I met the young lady at the front desk and said I was there to check in. Was told my room was not available yet...not a problem, again I knew I was early and I knew the check in/ check out schedule. BUT then was told a room could be made available right away for $20 - that struck me the wrong way. I politely denied the offer. Asked where I could go to get a cup of coffee and was referred to another location that was within walking distance. upon return from my walk and coffee I was told my room was available and then it was mentioned, along with info on morning breakfast, internet passwords etc that oh by the way coffee was always available in the lobby lounge area. Odd that that would not have been mentioned/offered when I asked about coffee. She did offer upon arrival to hold my bags when I went to get coffee elsewhere which was appreciated.

I recently stayed here over the weekend, and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a short distance from downtown, making it perfect for anyone looking to explore the city’s main attractions. The service was excellent, with staff always ready to assist and ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and superb service!

Good basic hotel. The area immediately around the hotel is a bit derelict, but it’s only a 10 minute walk to the Midtown area with lots of good restaurants.
