Actually I didn't stay at this property because of the conditions. While standing in line to check-in, I noticed the lobby was hot, humid and a bit stuffy as the air conditioning had gone out earlier due to a rain storm that had passed through. But then another "Guest" asked the guy working the front desk about the elevators and and when I heard him tell that man, they weren't working either, I made up my mind right then, that I could not stay at this hotel for these reasons alone. Cause "heat rises" and I refuse to pay money to stay in such a place knowing with these conditions. Fortunately they share a parking lot with another hotel, a Hilton property so I was able to leave out of the Comfort Inn & Suites, which did not live up to its name at that time, because I was anything but "comfortable". So since their hotel that I'd reserved in
advance, I took a chance and walked across the parking lot and into a Hilton property, in hopes to get a room at the last minute. So I asked the guy at the desk to cancel my reservation and he said that I'd need to contact Travelocity about my pymt plan option I'd chose for "my 1 night/turnaround trip."
