The property appears to be stripped of any of the amenities it once had. My son jumped in the pool and it took a hunk out of his foot from something on the bottom. The staff showed apathy and had NO FIRST AID kit. We asked to speak to the owner or general manager and we NEVER heard anything back. WE WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS PROPERTY TO ANY ONE!

Very basic - no food, only one pod of coffee in the room, not enough towels for two. Shower curtain had would on the bottom - but was immediately relaxed when we notified front desk. I understand that we are going through tough economic times, so I get the fact that it’s operating on a tight budget.

The wifi was very weak. The cold water in the tub/shower was almost non existent. The pillows were too small and soft. It was ok for a two night stay.

Arrived on a Thursday with a reservation for one room, 4 guests. Upon entering the room, it smelled of cigarette smoke although it was a nonsmoking room. There were only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths (for 4 people). Friday afternoon around 2:30pm I requested clean towels and wash cloths and was told there were none available and they were in the process of being washed. Around 12:30am after attending a concert, I returned to the front desk where I stood waiting for a staff member for 15-20 minutes with several other irritated guests. Once I was finally able to ask for towels and wash cloths, I was told there were none available bc the hotel was fully booked and they hadn’t been able to wash any. I was extremely disappointed!

La Cucaracha

Found a cockroach in my room, and they moved me to another room but I was extremely traumatized. I searched my second room for a roach but luckily I didn't see one. But the trauma set in and I was never able to really relax myself at this hotel.

When I arrived there was nobody at the front desk, we waited over an hour and called every number possible and nobody showed up. Security showed up and they also weren’t any help, around 1 1/2 hr later someone finally showed up to check me in, when I checked out they did not return my deposit, it’s been over 2 weeks and I still haven’t received it after making it aware to the front desk person.

My experience was great. No one bothered us. We enjoyed our trip in peace. Relaxed only thing I didn't like is the ice machine is too far away. I also disliked that it was advertised that we have free breakfast here. And when I got here we didn't have any free breakfast.

I’ll give the hotel two stars because of the cleanliness. Everything else was pretty bad. There is not complimentary breakfast (a lot of others reviews claim that there is). There is a sign in the laundry room that claims one can get laundry supplies from the front desk. But when I went there, they were out of everything. If you order food for delivery, the front desk doesn’t even have plastic utensils. They didn’t clean my room at any point during my 3 night stay. If you have any other options, spend the extra money and have a better time.
