This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

• GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in the garage and driveway (2 inside garage and ONLY 2 on driveway or we will get fined due to neighborhood regulations). Street parking and sidewalk parking is not allowed.

• WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (800+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus 4+ designated workspaces in the bedrooms.

• FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a bassinet and highchair, available on-site.

• PETS: Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we would be happy to accommodate them for an additional fee.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage and on the driveway (2 inside garage and ONLY 2 on driveway due to neighborhood regulations). NO street parking and NO sidewalk blocking. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

Since this property is a little far from central Houston, the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation) does not go all the way there. However, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.


• Please note that though the listing shows 2 queens bunk beds, there is only 1 bunk bed (2 queen size beds). Please be mindful that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

• This property includes a pool outside. Please understand that since the pool is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the pool. Rest assured that we do pool maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the pool after we have cleaned it. Our swimming pool maintenance team will visit once a week to clean the pool and take care of any necessary upkeep. They might stop by during your stay, but please rest assured that they’ll only be working outside and won’t disturb you. This maintenance is essential to ensure the pool remains in great condition for you and future guests.

• To ensure proper pool maintenance, please do not turn off the outdoor hose bib/tap, as it controls the automatic pool water filler. If the valve is closed, guests may be responsible for any resulting damage to the pool equipment and additional cleaning costs.
