The facilities and room were very clean. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The breakfast was very good and the lady who worked the breakfast area was friendly and hard-working. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue we had was with a broken luggage cart that should likely be removed for safety as one end is hanging off.

Trip from hell.

When we arrived at Wyngate the receptionist was very professional and explained that even though I checked in on line I still needed to register and show my ID and that was okay, she told me we were on the second floor in the Presidential Suite. When we entered the Suite we were surprised to find just one large room with the jetted tub in the middle of the entrance which was the only thing separating the living room from the bedroom. Immediately my daughter checks the sofa bed for bed bugs, due to her OCD issues, she finds what were mice droppings, I called the front desk to have staff come and check it out also, she asked what I wanted to do, I asked for a different room, she didn't have anymore rooms like ours so she did move us to a different room and a down grade. We were in a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed. The beds were hard but comfortable. The breakfast foods were good.

May need to update the bathroom in 108.

Overall look was okay. You could tell it was a bit dated. Room as far as beds and clean linens was good however the bathroom was in disrepair. There was some of the tub lifting up at the drain portion. My kids were having none of that as far as grabbing a nighttime shower. Pool area was ok but again dated. Felt like I was in the 90s. I wish I would’ve taken photos.
