The Amari is in a perfect location while visiting Hau Hin. A lovely oasis with a huge swimming pool, great gym, comfortable rooms, and a more than sufficient breakfast buffet. There is a poolside restaurant. The staff is friendly and efficient, especially the ones behind the scenes, in housekeeping, the front door, and parking lot. A golf cart shuttle will whisk you down to a beachfront where there is a restaurant, but there is not much of a beach. Did not swim in bay. The hotel is very close to walk to the Tamarind and Cicada weekend night markets, yet far enough from the hustle of the main centre. There is a complimentary daily shuttle that you can sign up for at the front desk to visit the Blueport Mall or Market Village. Try the delectable Thai food at the mall’s food court! Getting around the area in a Grab is seamless. The Amari is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a sunshine holiday.

Excellent hotel in all regards… a little far out from the DT area but that isn’t a bad thing… most taxis are anywhere from 100-150baht to go most places in town… close to some excellent outdoor markets for meals…. Nice pool… not on the beach but a short walk isn’t bad…

Great welcome on arrival, the concierge team took care of our luggage for us. Reception staff were very helpful. Smart clean lobby area. Bally in the main bar was thoroughly helpful and kind with advice of points local interest. Restaurants were excellent. Food fresh and plentiful, lots of choice. Lovely suite, spotlessly clean beautiful view from balcony of pool and sea. Security guards are fantastic, they look after the hotel and guests so well. Cannot fo enough for you. The gardeners beautifully maintain the pool & gardens. Will return.

We had an enjoyable time at the Amari. All of the staff as welcoming and pleasant throughout our stay. Room was always clean. The breakfast options for the buffet were substantial. Good options for Western food. The pool is approximately 50 metres and if you want to do laps it great. You can get a workout in. Plenty of areas for lounging in the pool or for kids to play. Note that it’s fairly deep for children in most of it. There are two walk in ramps where a lot of kids were playing. Fitness room was good with about 4 different cardio machines, free weights and weight machines. I had a burger at the bar..it was excellent. Very quiet at nigh. Reasons for deducting a star : at first we were missing a reading lamp/ light on one side of the bed. When I addressed it, one arrived in the room. I would have thought housekeeping would notice those things. Also, the lights in the room were finicky. We had to turn them off with the master switch. It must be on a timer as in the middle of the night all of the lights and the tv turned on. This happened every night we were there ( 3). Minor omission by housekeeping as well;tissue box empty and not refilled. All in all a good trip.

The hotel is worth your money. I have given 4* but everything here from beginning till end was excellent. One before check in when I called the hotel the response was very cute and polite. Check in till check out everything was too good and I encouraged all the staff for their excellent service. Not complaining but suggesting to have better bathroom towels. Breakfast was amazing and very soon I m planning to go and stay there again. I m elite member of Bonvey and IHG but this place is really worth your money. I hope it continues to maintain this standard in future also. See you soon again!!!👍

Huoneen ilmastointi ei toiminut kunnolla ( oli asetettu 19 ast.) ja oli kovaääninen. Aamiainen loistava , mutta kahvikoneet oli usein rikki ja niiden ympärillä oli usein kärpäsiä. Altaalla ei ollut tarpeeksi lepotuoleja , usein piti varata jo ennen 8,00, jotta sain paikan. Altaan hintataso erittäin korkea, jäi usein ostamatta. Myös ATM-automaatti oli usein poissa käytöstä.

Room was good condition, but cool air compression didint work probelly. its was in 19 dergees, you try to put it for 22 degrees, didint work .. Staff was good, but in pool area not enough. Also prices in pool area were really high ( singha can 4,5 € !! ) Many times we go eat or drink somewhere else . Prices where higher than in really good restaurangs !! Also in pool area was not enough restseats. Many times i saw people coming to pool area, didint find free restseat and leave angry away . There is many places to put 15-20 more restseats

Amari. Great pool, room, breakfast buffet, grounds. But the operation could use a little improvement. I must have lost my WiFi 4 dozen times in 5 days. Sometimes it took a reboot to reestablish WiFi connection, but that didn’t always work. Had to use the WiFi at cafe across street to order a taxi after checking out. WiFi seems to stop working 2 hours before check out time. Also, refrigerator wasn’t on, and both the tv remote control and safe batteries died during my stay. Everything was promptly repaired but there was a lot of trouble shooting to do for a 5 star hotel.
