Welcome to our cozy and relaxing retreat in Harbour Lakes at Palmas del Mar!



It is located just steps from the beach and pool. Our apartment features awesome amenities to give you a perfect stay! It is surrounded by a wonderful community, upscale beach condos, and miles of beautiful beach, and it’s just a few minutes away from several local restaurants, beach bars, pharmacies, and mini-marts. Major supermarkets, outlet malls, and fast food joints are a 5-10 minute drive from the community.



The Space:

This apartment features (3) bedrooms that has one King bed, Queen bed and two twin beds, accomodating 6 people comfortably.



Our place includes a fully equipped kitchen, dinning area, living room and patio.



- This includes access to the pool!



- The apartment is located on a first floor. You must go down a flight of stairs to arrive to the apartment!



- It is also equipped with air conditioners in every room, internet access, and a SmartTV with Netflix in the living room.



- There's no cable in the unit but the internet works perfectly.



- A big plus is that we have a washer/dryer in the apartment for our guests to use.



- Guests have access to all of the resort amenities in the condo complex, including several pools, tennis courts, clubhouse, and kids swings.



Master bedroom: Private bathroom for your ultimate convenience and comfort. Queen bed. Pool and balcony views.



2nd bedroom: Comfortable queen bed with natural light and blackout windows, perfect for sleeping late.



3rd bedroom: Perfect for kids. Bunk bed that will fit 3 guests. Small twin bed underneath.



Kitchen: Island with tall stools so families can chat over breakfast. Fully equipped with utensils, plus, an oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Beautiful pool view from the kitchen.



And there is a beautiful patio where you can get relax and enjoy time on your trip!



We only provide basic toiletries such as 2 toilet paper per bathroom, 1-2 towel papers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If there’s something extra that you need we encourage you to bring your own.



The reservation includes one paper towel rolls and 2 rolls per bathroom! If you need anyone there are local pharmacies or supermarkets nearby.



Guest Access:

We are very proud of the high standard of security in this condo complex, which makes it one of the top family-friendly places in the area. The entire complex is gated, and all residents/visitors must be identified at the guardhouse to enter.



There are 2 assigned parking spaces per unit!



One of the conveniences we have is that you won't need a key. We have an electric lock. Once you check in into the unit.



There are several supermarkets between the airport and Palmas del Mar, but the most convenient is the 24/7 Walmart Supercenter. There is also a mini-mart in Palmanova complex.



Other Things to Note:

Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the care of our property, a $200 refundable security deposit is required for all stays. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:



- Payment Process: A team member will contact you after booking confirmation to arrange payment, typically one day prior to your arrival.



- Requirement: This deposit must be settled before check-in. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy in agreedment with Airbnb.



- Refund Policy: The full deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur.



- Deductions: In the event of damage or necessary incidentals, you will receive a summary of deductions along with the remaining balance.

Once you check into the unit, we are always available by Airbnb chat or phone to help with any questions. If there is an issue that needs attention during your stay please let us know right away in order to provide you with assistance as soon as possible.
