This villa is newly renovated with all new cabinets, counter tops, lighting, flooring, carpet, appliances, and more throughout. Large open concept living space with a kitchen island, dining area, a fireplace, and a smart TV with basic cable for a cozy family feel. The couch folds out to a full size sofa bed.

There are 2 bedrooms - one bedroom has a king bed, an attached bathroom with a shower/tub, double vanity, and 2 closets. The second bedroom has a king bed, large closet with shelves, and the bathroom with a walk in shower right outside the door for convenience! Both bedrooms have smart TVs with basic cable (option to login to your own streaming devices). The hallway is where the laundry (supplies provided) is stored, with many cabinets for keeping your belongings!

Step outside the sliding doors to your private large patio. A comfortable outdoor patio set awaits, a couch and chairs, and a grill for your use. Throw the ball with the kids or play tag in the yard, this space (which gets great sun) is the perfect hangout spot.

Want to go for a swim? Right outside the patio gates is the community pool. Shared between 13 other units, this pool is open year round, although it is not heated. Feel free to use the pool furniture and lounge for hours while enjoying the beautiful California weather!

There is plenty of free street parking right outside the villa.

Guests will have access to the entire villa and a private backyard. The condo is on a community property with a shared pool and property grounds

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

This villa is close to everything! You are minutes away from the grocery store, many restaurants, Pacific City, Main St. and the more. This villa is also under 30 minutes away from local big attractions such as Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm.
San Diego and Los Angeles are about one hour away.
Looking to rent a boat, or go on a boat tour? You are about 10 minutes away from rental shops in Newport Beach that can take you on 2 hour tours, or even to Catalina Island for the day!

You will be provided a welcome book inside the unit which has favorite local attractions, restaurants, and more!

Huntington Beach has plenty of public transportation options such as the Metro Bus, Uber, Lyft, and more.
This villa is centrally located - you can walk, bike, or drive just about anywhere!

Note: When making a reservation through out website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
