What I like about this hotel is its very close to the beach and also its very convenient and restaurants are close by.i also like the family suites that come with the 3rd sofa bed its very comfortable. I’m very happy with the friendly staff especially the breakfast lady she is so nice and awesome please keep her and give her a raise.

While I can appreciate the option of having two king beds in a room for a family of 4 traveling, the room itself was far too crowded. If you are going to offer this, put it in a room that is bigger square footage wise. The sheets were scratchy, the bathroom had mildew on the tub, the curtain, and the shampoo/conditioner bottles. The day we were checking out and packing up, there was a spider crawling across one of the beds. Convenient for food and shopping, price was good, quality was poor.

We got Covid and couldn’t make it out there, but they still charged for full amount. Asked for a voucher or even a gift card to come out another time and was denied. Doesn’t make sense cuz they rent out my room anyways so they are double dipping. Told me the room was still mine if I wanted it. So you want me to fly out there and spread Covid?

The elevator was out of service. I have right knee problem. I was not aware that it was out of service. The tv was not working, but the maintenance got it to turn on. But this is my favorite place to stay. It's alway the first time thing goes wrong.

A pretty typical comfortable hotel with a decent complementary breakfast. That being said, it was a bit unusual for a breakfast hotel to limit WHERE a guest could eat breakfast. I was prohibited from enjoying my meal in the comfort and peace & quiet of my own room. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and NEVER had that restriction. That's my only complaint. All else was good. Their reasoning was a food safety issue. I'm retired food service management (47 years), and that is NOT an issue if food is prepared and maintained properly. Once the food leaves the immediate area of the food venue, it would be considered "take out" with the same, VERY LIMITED, liability. Technically, a non-issue.

Definitely a comfortable stay

This was a couple getaway for a few days. Went whale watching as well as bird watching in the area. The staff were wonderful. We had a question on hot water temperature and the maintenance man took care of it in minutes. The breakfast area was clean and always well stocked. If we come back to the area in the future we would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent. All the staff was friendly. The front desk even called on day and asked if i wanted my room serviced. I will definitely stay here again.
