Never again

I parked my handicapped vehicle in a handicapped spot. I did not see on the passenger side that they had a rack for some reason about the height of my tires. They claimed I hit it, which I did not realize if I did. They waited until my stay was over and I was back home to charge my credit card without my approval for the said damage instead of notifying me while I was still on the property. Obviously I would have rather use my auto insurance then be charged 100s of dollars for something that I did not see and did not even belong in a parking lot.

We also texted after you did not answer's. we sent you video footage and law ticket number as well. All staff member does not have access of cctv for that reason we contacted after we realized who damage haircap safety rail on our parking lot.We value all the feedback we receive and apologize for the inconveniences you had. if you have any addition question please reach to us on 936-295-9000.

We stayed for two nights to be near family. The rooms are accessed from the outside which I don’t prefer but nothing about that on the website description. Breakfast was ok and ran out of eggs and gravy so that was disappointing. The room was clean, but as I was sitting in my room in the afternoon after our room had already been visited by the maid service, one of the maids put her face right up to the window to look in. I did not appreciate tha invasion of privacy. Just not impressed overall with the stay here.

Great location and great bargain! Room was clean and well maintained. Great place to stay if you are in town for Sam Houston State sporting events!
