We'd like to address some of the concerns you raised: Regarding the water, we draw it from a 400 ft drilled well, which differs from most cottages in the area that source water from the river. It's not uncommon for the water to temporarily have a brownish hue when the filtration system is being purged after maintenance. We're sorry you encountered this during your stay. As for the condiments, ketchup, mustard, and coffee creamer, we're currently reviewing our offerings and exploring ways to provide a wider range of options to better suit our guests' preferences. Regarding the bathrooms, we understand that the main floor powder room may be on the smaller side, and we apologize if it caused any discomfort. We'll take your feedback into consideration as we plan future improvements. We strive to treat every guest with the utmost respect and ensure they have a comfortable stay.
