The properly wanted every person in our party to register through their link and app. After multiple attempts, only one person in our party was able to successfully register. After about three or four phone calls, we were told to just email copies of our drivers licenses And the property manager would register it for us. About an hour of time was wasted on this very frustrating procedure. Then, when we arrived at the property, the address that was given to us, brought us to a back gate with absolutely no way to get inside. After about 10 minutes of pushing every option on the gate code screenâŠNone of which worked⊠a kind homeowner let us in using her fob. When I called the property management about our difficulty getting in the gate the reply was that that was a back gate and we needed to go around to the front of the property which was at least a mile and a half away and also not easy to find. So⊠Something needs to be done about giving the proper address to get to the front gate. Once we got inside, the apartment itself was fine. It was clean and the finishes and furniture were up-to-date. We were disappointed that there were absolutely no items in the bathroom, such as soap for handwashing or any kind of shampoo or body wash. This is the first VRBO that we ever stayed in that did not supply those types of items .
