Not fit to stay at!

This place needs taking off Hotels.com. The fire alarm is faulty (note posted on the front door) and went off for over an hour in the night. The place looks dirty and run down. Stained sheets and towels, filthy carpets......the list goes on. The pool is almost empty and has a foot of green water in it. The front desk lady was unpleasant and rude. The whole place is awful. Oh, and the taps drip, the toilets run, and the beds are full of other people's hair!

The lady at the front desk was cleaning rooms and working the front desk. She was the only person there. Very annoyed that we wouldn’t stay in a room that did not lock. Door opened without a key card. Upset when we asked to check out and wanted a refund. Hotels.com associate tried to call them but the phone did not work to reach them. Lady at front desk would not give her name. Would not give her boss’s name or contact information. Would not even give an email address as a way to reach them. I wouldn’t let anyone stay at this hotel. Smelled like someone was smoking something they shouldn’t be in the hotel. Very bad hotel. Hair in the beds. Bugs/roaches in the rooms. Just all around nasty. The pool was disgusting and looked as though has not been cleaned in a seriously long time. The gate to the pool isn’t even locked to keep people out. Fire alarms removed. Notice on front door to call 911 if a fire happens because the hotels system to notify fire department was not working. Hotel is not as pictured on the website. I would like a complete refund. Hotel says hotels.com has to do the refund and hotels.com says the hotel has to issue the refund but no one can get ahold of the hotel except in person. Lady at front desk was very upset and overwhelmed. She needs help and can’t do it all herself. Hotel is not safe!

This "lowtel" is the most horrible place ever!!! It says Quality Inn, but nothing about it was of any quality. Someone had done #2 in our toilet and left the evidence, our bed was broken, the towels had blood stains on them, and someone walked right into our room while we were sleep! We changed rooms and this room had no tissue and the towels were dirty again!! We asked for a roll of tissue and the white lady at the front desk gave us a roll with an attitude stating that that was the last roll she had. My family and I will NEVER stay at another Quality Inn ever again. Avoid this place at all cost.

First room not good - no curtain, toilet not flushing well, little hot water, no ice available, breakfast the absolute minimum. Second room was better but a pretty rough crowd staying there even though it was very few people. Would not recommend at all.

Hotel was not at all what the reviews and pictures looked like. Stains in the carpet in the hallway, unpainted walls everywhere, hotel smells like cigarettes and Marijuana, our room has missing carpet, and one of the beds was broken when we got there. Hardly anybody at the front desk our whole stay

The property advertises complimentary breakfast but not once did they have breakfast or coffee any time i stayed. (3 or 4) different times within 2 weeks. Jad to track down personell to see if we could get breakfast and they offered coffee instead.... No ove machines, no vending, no store. Out of luck for drinks and meals
