Obvious money laundering - the place was literally empty with not more than 2 room occupied on every floor and they told us it was fully booked, placed next to the entry door on the first floor that did not open even once between 9pm and 6am. I think we were alone on the whole floor. Beds were clean but the place is literally falling apart. There was nothing there beyond place to sleep and i paid $227/night. Niagra in 4 stars with breakfast, good coffee machine and very decent room was $200 all in the week prior

The place was clean and tidy. The room has a beautiful sliding door that allowed exit to the street and outdoor parking. The door was not locked and could not be locked. That is a concern for a solo woman traveller! The bathroom sink was not draining well. This can be improved easily. Other than that, a lovely place, just off of Highway 11.

There was only one person who denied our request of extra blanket. Terrible place to stay. Everything was out of service there. No amenities. Smelly washrooms.

Wear and tear showed on the property and in the room but overall the stay was good.

Dear Guest,In our humble request and in our defense we as the management of this property would like to recommend you book another hotel for your next stay. You have stayed with us for the second time. The room you booked was a two queen size beds and the number of guest arrived and stayed were more than the limit for that room size. However, we allowed you to stay. But after you checkout the condition of the room was such that you moved all the furniture and damaged the property of the hotel and yet we did not charge you for it. Moreover, it is very embarrassing to explain the condition of the bathroom over a review . Therefore, thank you for staying with us for the last time.Thank you

Staff was friendly. Rooms were good. Clean, no smell. The only thing was the door that accessed the parking lot had no lock so anyone that wasnt staying there could essentially walk around the hotel, there was no staff at front desk from 11pm to 7am. But overall decent stay
