On Cyrus at Hyams Beach - 4pm check out Sundays and Public Holidays, except Summer Season

A Hyams Beach classic: very well appointed, fantastic big views of Jervis Bay, and located almost across the road from the Hyams Beach Cafe. A terrific family holiday house and an easy stroll to the beach. This property is also perfect as a couples only getaway destination.

Please note:

- Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.

Summer Season 26/27 (18 December to 21 January)

7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. To book, select these exact dates:

- Arrive: Tuesday 22 Dec | Depart: Tuesday 29 Dec
- Arrive: Wednesday 30 Dec | Depart: Wednesday 6 Jan
- Arrive: Thursday 7 Jan | Depart: Thursday 14 Jan

For the rest of Summer Season, a 3 night minimum applies.

Where will I be?

On Cyrus is located in the centre of the village on the corner of Booderee and Cyrus streets. It is just across from the Hyams Beach Cafe and a 50 metre stroll to Hyams Beach.

Why choose On Cyrus?

On Cyrus is a large and comfortable family home with great views from the house and front balcony. Its elevation allows cool summer breezes through and it is situated in the heart of the village.

How is the property laid out?

All living at On Cyrus is on one elevated level. The laundry, bathroom and bedrooms are found at the back of the house. The bedrooms (one king, one queen and one with two singles) are all a good size and have built ins. There is a nice sized back deck with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ overlooking a large yard. The front of the house has a large comfortable lounge area, dining and kitchen all with views out to Jervis Bay. There is a smaller verandah off the front of the house where you can enjoy your morning coffee, bought perhaps from the cafe just across the road.

Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?

This particular property does NOT offer Wi-Fi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it's best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free Wi-Fi. The Holidays Collection is committed to getting all owners to provide Wi-Fi at their property, but this is still work in progress!

What about outdoors?

The back deck runs along the full length of the back of the house and overlooks the open unenclosed yard. The front verandah is on the north east corner of the front of the house.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

On Cyrus has a reverse cycle air-conditioner in the living room.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Yes, linen is supplied for your stay!Please remember to bring your own favourite beach towels though.

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is off street parking for several cars.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

On Cyrus is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Home away from home!

Has everything we need from liquid hand soaps to free wine and choc! Kitchen is fully stacked as if im cooking at home! Not to mention the cupboard is stacked with condiments, herbs and sauces left by previous guests. I think this is a wonderful idea! Saves me from driving to shops to get a small bottle of soy sauce! Location is just perfect, very clean and well presented. Beds are comfy with each room having fans/heater. Will definitely stay On Cyrus soon!

Great view of Jervis Bay

The property is located right in the centre of Hyams, and provides a stunning view of Jervis Bay. The lounge and dining area are positioned well, along with a front balcony that allows you to take in all the sights and sounds great of this great area. Excellent value for money for a couple or small family. The backyard is not fenced, and faces the main road into Hyams, so be careful with the children if you are considering this property.

Fantastic family holiday!

We stayed at 67 Cyrus for 7 nights and it honestly was the best holiday weve had on the South coast! The house is beautifully furnished and so well equipped. The rooms are spacious and everything is clean and neat. The location is close to both beaches and we loved sitting on the porch in the afternoon looking at the people go byHyams beach is BEAUTIFUL and the kids loved the calmer water. We were also very impressed by and thankful for the responsiveness of the Holidays Collection team even on public holidays. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday, we loved every minute of it we will be back!
