Steps from the beach with stunning water views, this pet-friendly Cape Cod home is perfect for your getaway. Just a short stroll to Bayview Beach, enjoy 3 bedrooms with queen beds and a fully equipped kitchen for meals together. Relax on the covered porch or explore nearby Main Street Hyannis shops, dining, and ferries to Nantucket & Martha’s Vineyard, all within walking distance.


Kitchen
Our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. With stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, electric range and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, cooking and cleaning up have never been easier. This charming kitchen also features a cozy seating nook for two, perfect for enjoying a meal or a cup of coffee. Gather around our 6-person dining room table and enjoy meals together.

Living Room
Our living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the area with a comfortable sleeper sofa. The living room also features a TV, which is equipped with a variety of channels and streaming services, so you can catch up on your favorite shows or enjoy a movie night. We also provide a selection of board games and children`s books to keep everyone entertained.

Bedrooms
The upstairs of our property features a comfortable queen-sized bed with plenty of storage space for your belongings. A second bedroom also features another cozy queen-sized bed. The first floor features a third spacious bedroom with a queen-sized bed as well. This makes it an ideal space for families or groups traveling together.

Bathroom
Adjacent to the upstairs bedrooms is a private bathroom equipped with all the essentials you need for a refreshing and comfortable stay. The lower level also includes a full bathroom with a tub. Fresh towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Laundry
Guests can pack light and not worry about running out of clean clothes during their stay. They can wash and dry their clothes as needed, allowing them to fully enjoy their beach vacation without having to worry about laundry. The laundry machines are located in a closet to the right of the stove.

Outdoor
Step outside and enjoy the beautiful weather in this inviting outdoor seating area, complete with a BBQ grill and a spacious porch. Perfect for hosting a summer cookout or simply relaxing with a book, this outdoor oasis offers plenty of space to unwind and entertain. Soak up the sunshine on the comfortable patio furniture and enjoy watching the boats in the harbor.

Awesome communication and attentive landlord. Andrea was great. The house was perfect for the 4th of July week, we brought our small dog and she too loved it!

Stunning home and amazing vacation!

We had the most wonderful time at Andrea’s home while we celebrated great friends getting married right down the road. We had 3 couples and it was so perfect - large living room and dining area for meals and hanging out. Highly recommend!

This house is very clean and it is a great location. A very short walk to a small beach. The front porch is awesome. We spent a lot of time on it. I will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our Cape Cod vacation. Central location to drive to any part of the cape. It was very relaxing and we enjoyed the house very much. Listing was accurate and Andrea was helpful- quick to respond to any questions. Hope to stay again!

I Still Can’t Say Hyannis Correctly

Such a great location. Quiet neighborhood right next to a neighborhood beach. However, within walking distance of several really nice restaurants and the harbor. We took a drive up through Cape Cod during our stay, but I wish we explored Hyannis more. Very nice property, perfect for a family of four.

We rented this house for girl's cousins trip. And it was perfect: - This area is so nice and quiet, which we were looking for. - It was a 3 minute walk to a really fun restaurant and bar. - It was a 10 minute walk to catch the ferry. - The porch was perfect for evenings!

Good location, spacious, short walk to beach.

The property was in good shape and as the listing showed. Shower in upstairs bath was small but adequate. Lack of full house air conditioning was not an issue. Good proximity to beach, town as well as being mid-cape to allow for easy access to both Provincetown as well as Falmouth areas.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a great stay at Andrea's house. It was very clean and perfect for our needs. There is a small beach 2 houses away, although we drove to Sea Gull Beach, which was lovely. We walked to Tugboats for lunch, and into town for coffee. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard is also walkable. We ate at Bluewater Grille and Anejo Mexican Bistro (ask for an outdoor table), both were delicious. There was only one small issue and Andrea took care of it very quickly. We would definitely recommend Andrea's house, as we would definitely come back.

Excellent location

The location was great! Close to small beach and nice restaurant. It was a wonderful except there was no air conditioning. I was not aware of this when booking. I saw two portable units in two of the bedroom closets. This is a great place but I highly recommend you make sure there is air conditioning in all rooms as nobody slept well with windows open. Other than a lack of air conditioning, I would highly recommend this place.

Clean house great location!

What a charming Cape Cod cottage!! We arrived to a very clean home and had a wonderful long weekend getaway! We were only a short drive to the Island Ferries which we used two days in a row! It was very convenient to have Tugboats restaurant nearby for drinks on the way home! The neighborhood has that quaint New England charm with great a great marina and harbor nearby along with a neighborhood beach! We had the need for a new Iron and that day Andrea not only dropped off a new iron but also a new clothes steamer! Problem solved! Andrea also gave me great activity suggestions prior to my trip! I highly recommend booking this property!

Property was sufficient. No central HVAC was difficult to deal with. Bedrooms had individual A/C units, but the main part of the house was difficult to stay in as it was hot.
