The room was clean. The staff was helpful. Very gross conditions in and around the parking lot, I wasnt comfortable rolling my suitcase around it. Complicated doors and exit/entrances. Bright nightlight, but heavy shades. Nice hot showers. Convienent location to resturants and music.

This hotel is run-down, unclean and the staff made it clear they were indifferent to your existence. It was over-priced for what the property was. Glad it was only for one night.

That place is awful : @ front desk 1/ I was treated with bad words like « you are arrogant » 2/ « I will call the police because « you and your son » speak « French between two of us » ??? 3/ place is dangerous : we had a jacuzzi in room 314 Princess Suite !!! and without any respect for power security with water /// the distance between AC and Jaccuzi was 15 cm like just one hand High risk for safety for people when get out from Jaccuzi /// to be have a heart stopped when touching by accident the AC due to slippery on the tiles +++ For all these reasons this I will sue that hotel « Hyannis Plaza hotel » on Court +++ I know it’s legal to smoke marijuana in MA = it smells in every corridor that odor ••• My travel to Hyannis was totally ruined by that hotel +++ I will sue too Expedia : they received money from that hotel to reference on their platform that awful place +++
