While we don’t offer daily housekeeping, rest assured that your unit will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your stay. The kitchen is equipped with brand-new utensils, perfect for cooking on a gas stove, along with appliances like a microwave, rice cooker, and more. A beverage station provides sugar, tea, coffee (both ground and instant), as well as a coffee maker and kettle.

For added security, the building is monitored 24/7 on all floors. Upon arrival, you’ll receive 2 liters of bottled water and light snacks. Additionally, a brand-new washing machine is available in the utility area for your laundry needs. Remember to bring your own laundry detergent, especially for longer stays. Please note that the provided linen (including bedding and towels) is for personal use only and should not be washed in the machine. If needed, the watchman can assist with washing these items.

We’ve also included a hairdryer and an iron with a stand, available upon request. Each bedroom has an extra set of bedsheets and two pillow covers for your convenience. Basic toiletries—such as soap, shampoo, moisturizer, a shaving kit, and a toothbrush with paste—are provided in hygienic sealed pouches in each bathroom.

Security cameras monitor each floor 24/7, and the entrance remains closed after hours, coordinated by the on-site watchman. Lastly, please clean the kitchen and wash your dishes after use, manage your rubbish, and empty the trash before departure.
