Booked on Expedia and upon reaching the hotel around 9pm the checkin was refused. Made us to pay cash double the amount with a new reservation. Hotel says reservation not confirmed but my card charged. Also no response to Expedia by hotel for enquiry. It’s a scam hotel .

The hotel guys refused my entry into the hotel even I had confirmed booking. They denied my entry by saying that rooms were filled and can’t provide the available rooms for the amount booked through Expedia. I forced to pay double amount of Rs. 1500 as I didn’t have options due to my luggage and family. I tried to contact the Oyo numbe r provided in the confirmation page, but no one responded. The hotel environment was so worst even they couldn’t provide a bottle of water as a curtesy for booking people. I personally did the payment, where my booking was denied by the hotel administrators. It seems like a local lodge rather the pictures shown online. It was really a damn bad experience in my entire life to opt and chose the hotel through your services.

They charged me Rs1000 instead of Rs760 as mentioned in the expedia. The person at the reception desk was said he was not the right person to clear my rest of the money, during the time of check out. It's so ridiculous the hotel staff haven't return the rest of the money.
