Bon emplacement, appartement bien agencé manque cependant quelques équipements (vaisselles en plastique, hachoir/mixeur, panier à pain, protection pour pied des chaises pour ne pas grincer, des dessous de plats, tapis entrée intérieur, carafe d'eau).Il est à préciser que la terrasse est partagée avec 2 autres appartement mitoyens. Sinon tres bon échange avec l'agence de gestion et le proprio que nous remercions pour les petites attentions dont le petit déjeuner.

Location très pratique pour des vacances en famille (2 adultes , 1 ado et 1 enfant de 8 ans) . petit espace mais bien optimisé. L'équipement est en bon état. La situation est a notre avis le gros point fort de la location: située en bordure de la Capte, a 50m de la mer, dans un quartier tres agréable. Attention toutefois la terrasse est en continuité avec celles des appartements voisins (separation par une cloison, mais partie commune pour acceder aux autres logements). Lors de notre sejour les 2 autres logements n'etaient pas loués, mais cela peut sans doute modifier l'experience du sejour, en matiere de tranquillité. Par ailleurs le stationnement s'effectue dans la rue, en fonction des places disponibles. En avril pas de problème, mais a voir en haute saison.Au total une très bonne adresse, abordable dans un quartier ou les prix des locations tendent a s'envoler. Delicates attentions des proprietaires a l'arrivee et viennoiseries offertes en cours de sejour. On se sent quasiment chez soi.

Excellent accueil de la part du propriétaire: cadeau d'accueil et le lendemain matin croissants, journal et magazine au réveil.Petits problèmes rapidement résolus par l'agence.Quartier très calme, mer à proximité. Location bien située agreable bien agencer et decorer.Petit bémol sur le frigidaire ( trop petit et en mauvaise etat )et le congélateur inexistant le seche linge est un étendoir. Les verres sont en petite quantité (certainement casser par des locataires et non remplacer)le propriétaire est sympa et s occupe bien de ses locataires .

"klein aber fein"

Wir haben mit 4 Personen einen schönen Aufenthalt gehabt. Für 6 Personen, wie angegeben, finde ich die Wohnung auf Grund des Platzes ( kleines Badezimmer, Person 5/6 muss im Wohn/ Essbereich schlafen, nur eine kleine Toilette, kleine Spülmaschiene, wenig Stauraum) nicht geeignet. Aber das ist nur meine persönliche Meinung. Ankunft: der Schlüssel muss in der Agentur " VUE MER" abgeholt werden. Die Agentur befindet sich im Zentrum. Lage: ca. 2-3 Gehminuten zum Strand Parkmöglichkeiten: gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe Unterkunft: liegt in einer kleinen Straße. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich 3 Wohnungen (unterschiedlicher Größe) nebeneinander, durch eine Sichtschutzwand getrennt. ( man kann seine Nachbarn also schnell kennenlernen :-)) Bettwäsche+Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden. ACHTUNG: Das Doppelbett hat eine Bettdecke in Übergröße!!! ( in FRA wohl normal) Supermärkte: ca 15-20 Minuten entfernt Bäcker: zu Fuss erreichbar Gastgeber: kommt auch mal spontan vorbei und bringt Croissant und Baguette. VIELEN DANK DAFÜR! :-) +sie erwartet ein Willkommensgeschenk bei der Ankunft.

Séjour sur la presqu'île de Giens à la Capte

Nous avons découvert un endroit merveilleux encore sauvage et préservé. De longues plages, des sentiers du littoral à faire absolument pour admirer la nature et la mer. Un bol d'oxygène et une évasion garantis.Notre location, située à 50 mètres de la plage idéalement située dans une rue calme et à 500 mètres de la rue commerçante, était très confortable et équipée pour des vacances réussies. nous y retournerons, c'est certain ! Moment très sympathique, le propriétaire M. Miquel est passé se présenter avec le journal et des viennoiseries faire un brin de causette. C'est la première fois que cela nous arrive et nous avons apprécié !
