Bel endroit mais contenu annonce trompeur

Plein centre de Gien très chouette en positionnement, mais immeuble vieillot , mal entretenu, envahi pars les pigeons et leur déjection, bruyant en été (Rdc coté rue, cuisine chichement équipée (genre camping), et c'est en fait un studio, l'alcôve est trompeuse et pas pratique du tout! Et visiblement les propriétaires se fichent des commentaires laissés par les occupants

Soggiorno davvero piacevole

Ci siamo trovati bene dal primo istante in questo piccolo ma accogliente appartamento. Molto luminoso e con una splendida vista. Situato nella via principale del villaggio hai i negozi che ti servono a due passi come si è a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia. Perfetta la comunicazione con gli host gentili e simpatici.

Appartement idéalement situé malgré quelques imperfections

Très joli appartement idéal pour un couple situé à deux pas des commerces de premières nécessités et d’une crique peu fréquentée. Quelques petits bémols cependant sur le manque de vaisselles et de climatisation/ventilateur, les difficultés à fermer la porte et la propreté de la salle de bain. Quelques ajustements auraient pu être fait pour rendre notre séjour plus agréable (changement de la serrure et réparation de la porte de la douche par ex).

Sehr schnönes Appartment

Das Appartment ist sehr schön, und für einen Urlaub von zwei Erwachsenen geeignet. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen (Kein Balkon oder Terrasse). Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Strände sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar, eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich in direkter Nähe. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten in Hyeres.

Bell'appartamento con vista sul mare nel centro di Giens

Appartamento ben arredato, curato e pulito nel centro di Giens con vista panoramica su Porquerolles. A pochi minuti a piedi da un bel mare di scogli (anche le spiagge più vicine sono raggiungibili a piedi). Due o tre buoni ristoranti vicini a casa, negozi alimentari e bar a un tiro di schioppo, fermata dell'autobus per andare alla Tour Fondue (traghetto per Porquerolles) e a Hyères: corse non frequentissime. Paesaggi stupendi: peccato solo per le macchine, ma dopo un po' si imparano percorsi alternativi per evitarle. I proprietari, molto simpatici e disponibili, hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno estremamente piacevole.

Un petit coin de paradis...

Idéalement placé dans le village de Giens à 15 mn à pied de plusieurs plages Toutes les commodités sont sur place et l'appartement équipé pour un couple et un enfant avec belle vue mer des propriétaires très accueillant. une ligne de bus vous amène au départ vers Porquerolles en toute simplicité le restaurant le Flammes et le Provençal est à découvrir à 5mn de l'appartement A découvrir...

Un charmant studio très fonctionnel et joliment décoré en plein cœur de Giens ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue du salon, donnant sur les iles du Levant. En plein centre de Giens (restaurants, supérette et boulangerie en face du studio), les nuits restent paisibles. Les propriétaires ont fait preuve d'une grande écoute et ont eu à cœur de nous faire partager les bons plans de la presque ile. Nous les remercions car sans eux, nous serions certainement passés à côté de certains endroits ! Nous recommandons vivement l'appartement à nos proches!

Très joli appartement avec belle vue sur la mer au coeur du village de Giens

Nous avons été absolument ravis de notre séjour dans cet appartement au cœur du village de Giens. L'appartement est très joliment décoré, très propre et fonctionnel. On peut facilement y dormir à 4 (cela était notre cas: 2 adultes et 2 enfants) même s'il n'y a pas de chambre séparée. Les matelas sont très confortables. La vue est sur la mer est magnifique. Le plus est d'être au cœur du village de Giens, tout est à portée de main: restaurants, supérette, boulangerie et certaines plages sont accessibles à pied, y compris des petites criques peu fréquentées. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et prévenants. Ils ont tout fait pour que l'on soit bien accueillis et que l'on passe un agréable séjour. Et ce séjour fut plus qu'agréable! Nous recommandons cette location!
