The 150m2 house is distributed in 3 double bedrooms with views of the pool, one of them spacious suite, all with fitted wardrobes, also has a small comfortable living room with sofa bed and TV area, kitchen is very comfortable, fully equipped, large living room with direct access to the porch and its large table where you can enjoy the views of the valleys and Santa Eulalia bridge! Outside, its large pool and beautiful covered barbecue with enjoyment area, it is the outdoors that will not let you enter at home! The 600m2 of lawn give rise to all kinds of games with family or friends. Air conditioning in the rooms.
Rentals of less than 7 days will be charged € 150 cleaning fee. There is a sofa bed for 2 children under 12 years old with a supplement of € 30 per child per day.
