Staff was not friendly from the start. Not helpful. Did not give the WiFi, when I asked they acted like I was an inconvenience. The WiFi does not work good at all. I was working while I was there and was not able to work at the hotel. I had to find an alternative place to work during my stay. I wanted to go in the pool at 4:15pm and was told I couldn’t have a towel after 4 PM, but the pool was still open which was silly. The walls are very thin so if you get a party group that’s sleeping next to you you can’t sleep. In room full of girls checked in and we’re playing loud music and talking loud throughout the night. One day it was raining and we needed an umbrella and they wouldn’t let us use one because we didn’t have €10 cash. We asked if they could charge it to the room and they said no. They asked for a late check out he didn’t even look to see if they had anything available he just said no. I would not stay here again!

Property was clean and modern and very relaxing. In a lovely quiet area with plenty of cafes and restaurants along the promenade which the hotel and pool looks over. Great base to relax, easy to get to everywhere you want to go. Staff very polite and helpful.

Thankfully only stayed here one night. There were stains in my bed sheets. There is a coffee machine with pods but they didnt give you anybpods. When we went to reception you to ask for some they said you had to pay for the pods….. not really what to expect from a 5 star hotel. Massively over priced

The amenities were excellent complimented by the food. The only hiccup was the bed/room situation where I thought there would be a bed and couch instead of just 1 bed.. This is a great place for a family trip, solo, and a romantic getaway….

Located walking distance from shopping and the cathedral. Accessible by a single bus from the airport or a 25 Euro taxi, very conveniently located. Staff is good, facilities are beautiful. Great restaurant on the roof and the pool was really nice!

The hotel was clean, well located, and matched the description perfectly. The proximity to the beach and many great restaurants made everything easy and enjoyable. What really made the difference was the staff everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind, helpful and welcoming. Thank you for making our time in Ibiza feel easy and warm. Just returned from another lovely stay. The staff are what make this hotel so special to us, but I am a great believer in you get back what you give, and it doesn’t cost anything to be kind, friendly and courteous. From the warm welcome and goodbye of the reception staff, Alfredo and the restaurant staff keeping us well fed, Juan and the bar staff keeping us well hydrated and the Angela and the spa staff relaxing us.
