No iron or ironing baords

I’ve stayed here a few times when going to Ibiza and the only thing that frustrates me that for a 4 star hotel they don’t have irons or ironing boards available for guests and only offer a washing ironing service which is expensive and takes 24 hours to get items back…. Please invest in irons and ironing boards guests can request

Nice hotel, nice stay and good 6th floor facilities. Rooms are spacious. What I didn't like was that the check out was at 12, but I had someone knock on my door multiple times around 1130, only to tell me check out is at 12. It is known that check out is at 12 and if there needed to be a reminder it should have been a phone call. As a solo female it was unsettling have someone persistently knocking on the door until I answered.

This is our second consecutive year staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We especially loved the spacious, comfortable room with a breezy balcony view. Convenient access to tourist spots and nearby villages. Highly recommended.

We were arriving from another area in Ibiza so arrived at the hotel prior to check in time. The desk clerk on reception ignored us, cursed and signalled to the baggage boy to tell us we were early and unable to check in until 4pm. We confirmed we knew we were early but asked if our bags could be stored until check in. The young lad was helpful and assisted us, whilst the manager continued to curse and continued to ignore us. We returned at 3pm due to the high temperatures outside. Another desk clerk was alongside the ignorant clerk who welcomed us warmly and advised that as our room was ready we could check in. The ignorant clerk reluctantly slid the card key towards us and spoke to the other clerk mentioning about the check in time yet again. The clerk that dealt with us stated that our room was ready so he would allow us to check in. Breakfast was poor. No hot food on display, although there was a sign stating hot food was available. No menu to choose from and the lady with curly hair who checked guests into breakfast told me when I asked what hot food was available she said 'no speak English'. I asked for eggs and that's all we had for the 3 days. She was helpful to all Spanish guests but was ignorant and non responsive to us. Very limited selection on offer and not worth the money. Some guests had pool towels however we were not given any advice or details on how to access these. Overall the hotel was dated but clean. No modern facilities.
