Great finca, beautiful location!

The finca was a wonderful home to spend a night. The hot tub was wonderful, and the scenery was great. Roberto was a fantastic host as well. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Beau séjour à la Finca La Gaviota

Bien accueillis par Roberto, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à la Finca La Gaviota. L'appartement était bien équipé avec une belle terrasse pour manger dehors et apprécié le beau temps. L'emplacement était parfait pour découvrir toute l'ile Tenerife avec une voiture. La piscine et le spa ont été bien appréciés après nos journée de visite. Le seul hic, nous avions des voisins de chambre vraiment bruyant la nuit...

Super séjour

Très belle location, propre et confortable dans un très bel environnement. La piscine bien que petite est un grand plus pour Les enfants, et la vue est juste magnifique. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour!

Gute Lage und freundliche und unkomplizierte Betreuung vor Ort

Die Wohnung liegt etwa 800 m von der nächsten Hauptstr. Sie ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die Ausflüge auf der Insel mit dem Auto. Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, eines ohne Tageslicht. Das Bad hat auch kein Tageslicht. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die ist ruhig. Pool und Wirlpool sind vorhanden und können benutzt werden. Leider kam die Sonne morgens beim Frühstück nicht auf unsere Terrasse. Es gibt einen großen Garten mit Grill. Holz war da. Roberto war sehr nett und freundlich und zuvorkommend. WLAN ist kostenlos und funktioniert gut.

Prima huis met een fijn zwembad

Gelegen in het niet toeristische gedeelte van het eiland hebben wij een fijne vakantie doorgemaakt. Het huisje is eenvoudig maar voldoende uitgerust. De eigenaren waren zeer behulpzaam. Een goede uitvalsbasis als je van rust houd.

Grüne Oase im Norden der Insel

Hübsche Finca mit allem was man braucht. Ausblick aufs Meer und Palmen, alles was man sich im Sommerurlaub wünscht. Da man ein wenig abseits liegt, hat man seine Ruhe und bekommt nicht viel von den Städten und Tourismus mit. Absolute Erholung. Allerdings sollte man daher vor Ort mobil sein und am besten mit dem Auto anreisen oder eines der Insel buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen

Netter Vermieter und ruhige Lage

Auf Teneriffa ist ja viel los und viel Verkehr - die Finca ist schön angelegt und weit genug von der Hauptstrasse weg. Im El Parralito (800 Meter Fussweg, steil bergauf an der Hauptstrasse) gibt es prima Fisch und Wein aus der Region. Uns hat's gut gefallen!

Großartig!

Die Anlage ist tatsächlich schwer zu finden, liegt aber ruhig und ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Ein Mietwagen ist erforderlich. Die Wohnung ist hübsch, die Ausstattung zwar sichtbar schon etwas älter, aber funktionell und es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Ein Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Apartments mit schönem Garten und sehr nettem Vermieter als Basis für unsere Wanderungen mit Mietwag

Roberto, der sehr gut deutschsprechende Vermieter war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Es fing schon mit dem Mietwagen von Interent an, der nur noch Metall auf Metall bremste. Er organisierte, dass wir diesen getauscht bekamen, Top. Früchte aus dem Garten standen uns alle zur Verfügung. Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig, in landschaftlich sehr schöner Gegend mit Blick aufs Meer. Ein Mietwagen ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung im tollen Ambiente

Das Objekt liegt absolut ruhig mit schönem Blick aufs mehr. Die gesamte Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Zufahrt ist etwas schwierig zu finden (immer weiter den Berg runter bis lange hinter dem Ort an der Straße in den Feldern rechts ein rotes Anwesen kommt). Das Appartment ist wie in den Bildern dargestellt und sehr sauber. Schöne Terasse zum Sitzen mit Ausblick davor.
