Parking can be a challenge. You definitely need a ride into town to shop and eat. The road to the Inn is on 243 and that can be a nerve wracking drive there and back on the mountain roads.
We stayed in the Falcon. The tub was huge and the kitchen was the perfect size. The king bed was so comfortable we didnât want to get up. The view out the windows was breathtaking. I was so sad we only had time for one night. The manager is so kind and thoughtful. We will be back for sure!
I was under the impression that I was going to be staying in a cabin based on the photos online (Expedia,) so I was not expecting a one-room motel. I still appreciate having a place to stay for the night, but it would really be helpful for future customers if the website would be very specific about the rooms, cottage, and cabin offerings so they know what to expect. I like that there is ample parking and it's pretty close to the village center.
Had to check in way past office closing at 6 came in at about 10 PM and they left the key for us with a note in the office and had turn the heater on for us. It was a beautiful view and great service, very kind people.
Great location, easy to find, and very comfortable
We booked this for 2 adults and 3 teens in order to celebrate a birthday. Everything about it was perfect. Beds were comfortable, shower was great, heat was cozy.
