Located in the condominium Ponta da Sela, the best, most complete and safe Ilha Bela.
House with 3 suites and 2 independent. In the main house, the suite has air conditioning, full bathroom with glass box and large windows that allow a beautiful view of the sea.
The 2 downstairs suites are also complete, with glass shower and ceiling fan. Because they are half shaded and integrated with trees and plants, they provide the place with a climate of tranquility.
The kitchen is well equipped with new utensils, ceiling fan, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, bosch stove with 5 burners, wide and well ventilated, perfect for those who enjoy gourmet moments and a perfect integration with the living room and the balcony, making with everyone participating at the same time.
On the balcony, American gas barbecue, pizza oven, outdoor shower also integrated with deck with a beautiful view to the sea.
DO NOT OWN SWIMMING POOL.
The house is for family use, so everything is well taken care of with care and zeal.
Close to the corral beach, one of the most famous and trendy on the island.

the most beautiful treehouse

the House is simply wonderful! in the middle of beautiful atlantic forest trees, the house, with three independent accomodations, is sorrounded by an explendorous nature. the Inlay thing I would warn the guests is to come by daylight! easier to find and organizing as well. enjoy the architecture and the beautiful Details all around the property. Bruno is an amazing Host! Very Kind and helpful.

Lugar muito Bonito, a Casa integrada a Natureza vale muito a pena. O condomínio é Bonito, e não fica muito longe de mercados e algumas praias legais. O proprietário é muito atencioso, mesmo antes, durante e depois da estadia.

Surpreendente, charmoso, com vista deslumbrante.

O condomínio é excelente, extremamente tranquilo. A casa é uma obra de arte, aproveitando a natureza de forma sustentável e charmosa. A ponte entre a sala de entrada e a casa é de um encanto único e o quarto com ar condicionado, perfeito. Cozinha, área gourmet, churrasqueira a gás, sala de TV aconchegante, tudo muito bonito, limpo e perfeito. Destaque para o Bruno, muito cordial e amigável, fazendo a experiência ser extremamente tranquila. Recomendo a todos que tiverem a chance de conhecer e aproveitar os momentos muito especiais.

o imóvel está situado em dos pontos mais bonito de ilha bela ,a varanda com vista para o mar o condomínio possui uma área de lazer muito boa com campo de futebol, quadra de tênis piscina um pier maravilhoso; não poderia de mencionar a cozinha com todos os utencilios digno de um Master Chef, meu muito obrigado ão senhor bruno
