Beautiful and charming! A colonial style house by the sea with a built area of 324 m² of charm in the midst of nature. include 4 bedrooms, 2 suites, 3 bathrooms, large living room, dining room and TV room with fireplace, and parking for 8 cars.
The total area is 5,494 m² with a lot of flora and fauna, beautiful lawn punctuated with stones of different sizes, set in a tropical garden full of palm trees, bromeliads and native orchids.
With private sea access pier that gives us unique moments during the sunset!
