Canโ€™t complain staff are always there if ever you complained about the toilet slow going down they will be there right away fixing things, even if I complained of the smell they do things right away ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Itโ€™s not a 5 star hotel but we feel safe and comfortable itโ€™s enough for usโ€ฆ. We stayed for 5 days and we are thankful to all the staff ๐Ÿ™โ™ฅ๏ธ grateful for taking care of all our needs ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Didnโ€™t make use of breakfast facilities - A/C was a little noisy, but worked adequately. Water pressure to shower and hand basin was disappointing. Staff were excellent - couple of minor issues we experienced were resolved within a few minutes. Overall, a nice hotel to stay for a few days.

The hotel is nice, clean and the staff were friendly. Itโ€™s also at a very accessible area. However the hot water machine wasnโ€™t working although maintenance came very quickly, but it happened twice, the second time I was in the middle of showering. Apparently the thermostat is broken so the fuse kept giving up. I applaud the staff for immediately fixing it, ready for the next customer. Overall our stay was great

Great location, across the street from SM City Mall and about a 15 minute walk to Festive Walk and Jaro Plaza. The staff were friendly and did their best to make sure you had a great stay.
