The structure is located in the most panoramic and elegant area of the city, approximately 500 m from the center and the sea. It enjoys a magnificent view over the Gulf of Imperia and has a swimming pool, a private beach 1 km away, and a private parking area.

A two-room apartment spanning around 20/25 square meters, designed to accommodate three people. It is furnished in a straightforward yet practical style and comprises a double bedroom along with a living room featuring a sofa bed.

Located about 100 m from the city center, and about 800 m from the beach. The Museum of Contemporary Art of Imperia is about 8 minutes on foot, the Naval Museum of Imperia is 9 minutes on foot, and the Basilica of San Maurizio is about 10 minutes on foot. Villa Grock and the Olive Museum are about half an hour's drive away.
