Pretty good but I will check other options

Pros: a very good value. Clean and modern. Nearest to Terminals 2 -3. Restaurant had a fine breakfast. The little convenience shop was handy. Cons: if you arrive around noon you have to wait 2+ hours for a ride or get a taxi. There is an early check in fee even within an hour of 3pm, and you "store" your luggage out in the open accessible to anyone. . It is isolated, nothing else around. First impression was that the staff was there to enforce policy and didnt care about the customer. It got better during the stay.

My room was very clean. The airport shuttle service was great too. The driver helped with the luggage and was very kind. The staff was helpful with checking in and helped my brother to find the hotel for dinner.

Didn’t like that there was no door to the bathroom for privacy. First stay the electronic plugins did not work well because they were worn out or damaged making it difficult to charge our devices. The second stay however was an improvement. Room service food was delicious and delivered timely. We had a room upgrade but there was no room for our open suitcases and had to use the bed which was inconvenient. Enjoyed the robot delivery to our room!

The room had a leftover towel left on the top of the shower glass. The sauna and bath area was an extra charge which I had to pay for. The instructions I got for the hotel shuttle were wrong. Wasted a bunch of time. They have a shuttle that comes and goes from each terminal. The note I posted didn’t have that information.
