Meh… no attention to detail, disappointing customer service, made me feel like just another customer which is different from other hotel in Korea. Busy hotel with the cold ‘executive’ type of atmosphere. Full kitchen was good to have but we didn’t use it since it was just an overnight stay before our cruise. It was a ‘nothing special’ stay.

The guest room was very clean and service was excellent. The room including bathroom is smaller than I expected from the pictures on the website. Overall, very comfortable and love the views from the room.

It has a great view but elevator system is a bit complicated. When clients in the hotel lobby at 36th floor want to go up to 65 cafe, they have to go down 1st floor and change the elevator and go up to 65 Cafe

Only one night stay but it was fantastic! Highly recommend if you need to stay in Incheon. We were just in passing before boarding for our cruise to Japan. Enjoyed a great walk in the beautiful park right across the street!

I have stayed at the Oakwood Premier for many years, and i'm very happy with the services. In particular, the sales manager Kevin Choi and his staff are the best. The 65 Panoramic bar has the best bar staff in Songdo-dong. Even if i'm not staying at the hotel, I will visit to say hello, and have a nice cocktail. Housekeeping are pleasant and friendly and very efficient, notably, Ms. Han Yumi is very, friendly, proficient and diligent with her work. The front desk have the best people working to take care of all the intakes and the discharges from the hotel. This is truly a blessing. Overall, I would give the Oakwood Premier a rating from 0 to 5 as a 10! Everyone goes above and beyond. Thank you all for making my stay very pleasant.

Room we stayed in was a great view and clean but the bed condition was horrible spring was awful so my daughter was in back pain after one night of sleep. Shower chair was requested but didn’t have a set. Poor communication and poor hygiene. I found a public hair in the sink.
