Welcome Home to your Tahoe Retreat. This vacation condo has lots of room and privacy with open living floor plan including 1/2 bath upstairs, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths downstairs. Exposed beams, granite counters and lots of decorator touches create a nice warm feel to this mountain-style home. The decorating has been done with comfort and class in mind. The dining table and breakfast bar make for plenty of room to enjoy meals together. The wet bar and game area make entertaining easy. Light a lovely wood fire on a chilly morning or evening for some great ambiance. Your private deck is a serene spot for a cup of coffee while enjoying the high mountain air or grilling that trout you caught on the lake. The location is wonderful any season. Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and other State Parks are open and offer rentals for SUP & kayaks.

The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public per Incline Village community board. You may read that Incline beaches are open to Recreation Pass Card holders and Punch Card holders - however, these cards are issued to residents and are not available for your stay.

Great Property in Incline Village

Our family had an amazing stay at this property. The property is one block from the lake, with an amazing jogging/walking trail. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the property. The property allowed convenient access to the north side of the lake (Kings Beach) along with a beautiful beach to the south (Sand Harbor). Communication with the property manager was great. We would love to stay again.

For the amount nightly, it is expensive considering that the mattresses seem very dated as does most of the furniture. If this is a regular VRBO our advice to owner would be to remove 50% of things in the house, sell at a garage sale, and use proceeds to have clean, quality furniture. The dining room table, couch, and chairs should be replaced as should the mattresses. It's a consistent Tahoe theme that owners have garage sale interiors, but charge what is an effective nightly rate for a beachside hotel in the area.

Property was run down, cluttered and felt dirty. The room with 2 sets of bunk beds seemed to be a converted closet. No windows or outside light. I felt guilty having my grandchildren sleep In this space. The only real positive was the first proximity to incline beaches. I would not rent this property again!'

It was clean and had everything we needed, but read below.

Falsely advertised 4th bedroom which was basically a walk-in closet with bunk beds. Funny how they put a frame in that closet attempting to make one feel as if your looking outside. Also advertised that it can sleep 12, but can only park 2 cars. Are we clowns in one car? It was hot that weekend and guests in the walk-in closet had no air-flow- yet employee said we couldn't use the air conditioner because it would blow a circiut- that really blows! To top it off the cable box in living room didn't work and we couldnt watch the World Cup Soccer games, which we had plans on watching a few. DISAPPOINTED!!!

Easy process. Great Time

Everything was great here. We had fun time and everything was clean and well stocked. Two issues: There is parking for only 2 cars. The "Master" is the only way through to the "Bunk Rooom". That is not super clear in this listing. The Bunk room I believe is an oversized closet. It worked for our kids...but? Also they may have fixed on listing, there is no hot tube with this property. The company that handles listing is super nice and very professional. Good value for middle of ski season. Thank you for the stay.

Great location, house is overstuffed with stuff

We had a great time in Incline Village. The location of this house is perfect. The house itself is stuffed to the gills with stuff- every cabinet, wall space, and surface is brimming over with stuff. There are no hooks or closet space available to renters to hang up ski clothes and coats- no place to put boots, hats, helmets. There is no cabinet space for food- so we just left it on the counter. The rooms are dark- all lit with low power and low to the floor, fluorescent bulb lamps that leave the house quite dark. Showers are tired with loose knobs that made it hard for kids to control temperature. Parking is easy. Access to lake front quick and easy.

Great location and loved all of the furnishings except the carpeting. It needs to be replaced.

The condo was furnished with lots of kitchenware and was nicely decorated. Carpeting does need to be replaced. A good time was had by all!

Great time staying in this lovely Condo

We had a wonderful stay! We loved being a walking distance to Incline Beach with our 4 grandchildren. We enjoyed cooking in the BBQ Grill on their lovely deck. We would stay here again.
